Also, Pat Buchanan (who I thought was a never-Trumper, but may have turned the corner...) pointed out -- quite rightly, I believe -- that what we are seeing with Kavanaugh is the playbook for how the Dems plan to impeach Trump if the House and/or Senate fall in November.

The good news is that this nightmare for Kavanaugh is showing how the far left operates... and middle America does not like it. Are there enough zealots to win in November? Not if middle America votes.

And while the left is now screaming "he'es an alcoholic" because Kavanaugh said "I like beer, I still like beer..." he just put himself right into the hearts of millions of hard-working Americans who like a beer at the end of the day. In a DC dominated by elitists with their runny-cheese and chardonnay parties... here's a hard-working, Constitution-loving guy who likes a cold beer... and the left are trying to destroy him.

The blowback on this, IMHO, will be big. This is going to cost Dems dearly. And I still think Kavanaugh gets confirmed. And every time a case comes before him... he is going to remember what the activist left did to him. For decades.

You should see the electric bills out here in Cali. They're essentially blackmailing us to move to solar (and then charging us for "maintenance" to allow power to go back into the grid), by having this pricing tier system. It initially went after just the affluent, but then they all move to solar, so the utility companies are now going after the middle class. Our peak electric bill this summer was $635 a month. Let that sink in for a moment...

I love how solar was sold to lower our bills but than you end up paying for the unused capacity of the provider.

sorry but the net impact is higher costs.

We are so fucked.

The only thing that helped my utility bills this year was that due to the Trump business tax cuts the providers maintained current costs.

and I hear crickets trumpeting the good news that a pol actually, for once, kept money in my wallet.
