Pot = Class 1 Drug along with heroin is the biggest crock of shit in the history of the world period !!!
Alcohol is 10 times more lethal than pot and that is a fact ! , anybody who's worth their salt knows that. Not to worry though states will keep enacting the 10 amendment and when enough states legalize it the Feds will fold and then will figure out a way to monopolize it.

So amusing. Some people get so put off by talk of legalizing something already given us by God and the constitution.. especially the doctor doctor, thinks he is so important we mortals have to twice acknowledge he claims to be a doctor.. or did he change his last name so people would have to call him dr.doctor? If the doctor can’t tell me anything about how prevalent herbs were to healing before Rockefeller and his oil byproducts founded the FDA, and can’t tell me any health benefits found in canabis, then I have no need for him or his pills. (Insert meme of fez from 70s show saying good day.. I said good day! Here)
I have heard that pot makes people lazy. I think that lazy people use pot as an excuse to get more lazy.
I don't use marijuana or any of it's derivitives, but think that other folks should have the right to make those decisions for themselves. There are lots of substances that our society allows people to choose for themselves, or get prescriptions for that are more damaging than pot.. Alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, various tranquilizers, opioids are either available over the counter, or by prescription. It seems illogical that our society allows all those other possibilities, yet pot is illegal in most places.
My biggest gripes about pot are: 1. Police can use it as an excuse to justify searches and detaining people buy saying that either they or their dog smelled it. Dogs aren't even required to pass a proficiency test to prove any kind of reliability for detecting pot. and, 2. The amount of our/my tax dollars that is spent on either chasing pot users, prosecuting or incarcerating pot users.
I would much rather those tax dollars be spent chasing, prosecuting and incarcerating property crimes, or violent criminals. Tax dollars are too precious of a resource to be spent on something that doesn't cause that much damage to our society as pot does.
With all that said, I am strongly opposed to people using either alcohol, pot, or any other substances and driving. I just wish there was something as reliable as an intoxilyzer for marijuana.

Thank God I don't live in Alaska, LOL. My poor granny has a lot of health problems and we're giving her CBD by the advice of a doctor. I think that if the Alaska cops would find her CDB gummies, they would put all of us in prison 
BTW, it took a lot of time for me to find these. My cousin helped me. He had found the best CBD gummies we could get. They are produced in the Europe, as I know. BTW, CBD is absolutely legal in most of West European countries, so as weed itself. Why don't we legalise it on the Alaska? I don't get it.

I was kinda puzzled when I read that too... CBD is legal almost everywhere... Even in states that have not decriminalized pot. They are different compounds entirely. CBD extracts do not contain the psychoactive substance THC. That stuff is sold everywhere here in Brooklyn. Went to a local smoke shop last week to get a set of new wicks for my Zippo and there was an entire glass case in the front filled with CBD products from like, a million manufacturers...
Too true. CBD is even legal in SD, where “possession by ingestion” (piss hot for THC, you’re charged with possession) is still a thing and prosecuted often.
Correction: CBD is still a no-go in SD, see below post with details.

You’re right. I knew SD passed CBD and industrial hemp in the legislature, just saw the governor vetoed it yesterday because it would throw into doubt prosecution of possession by ingestion. My comment was simply a warning to some out there who may not know the gray area in states with legalized recreational weed is still black and white to the feds. I don’t wish the loss of 2A rights on any good American, shit is too sketchy as it is.

I hear you and statement wasn’t directed towards your post. I should have clarified from the beginning so the judgemental side of this site didn’t feel the need to pop in. All good in my world anyway. Your correct, the feds have stepped in and created new boundaries whenever they feel their need is threatened to justify survival.
