Conventional warheads... But I don't believe that an ICBM has been used in any conflict since their invention...

Ukraine is denying it hit anything... Putin says it did.

In Russia, you can’t afford to be dictated to by other world leaders, especially the US. If the Russian people see Putin as the little weakling that he is, it’s over for him.

Clinton promised the Ukrainians the US would come to their aid if they gave up the nukes and cut up the Bear bombers the Russians left behind when the wall fell. Unlike Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Poland, Georgia and Ukraine didn't join NATO before the music stopped and there were no more chairs.

Of course NATO expanded when Russia was down and couldn't do anything about it. Most of the new nations had been occupied by either the Nazis or Russians -- or both.

Nobody was worried about China.
