I have exhausted myself during the last 3-4 days on the computer learning about various actions for the 375 Chey Tac. And I still don't know which ones are machined the best. The BAT Machining and the Barnard Precision seem to be the best for single shot .375CT's.
Stiller Precision is said to make a good one, but they don't talk up how precise their machining is or not, on their website. So I don't know about them.
I don't know if Surgeon makes a .375 CT action, but I want stainless steel and they use 4340 chromoly for their actions.
I love the looks of the Lawton actions and they look beefy enough to withstand a hit from an ICBM, but I hear they are out of business.
VIERSCO is said to be a reputable action, but on their website it looks like they sell only complete rifles.
So I have found out just about everything else except what I am looking for; therefore, I am in need of real help here, as I can't start an ELR rifle build until I find the action I want.
So who knows who makes a precision machined action for .375 Chey Tac repeaters????
Thanks for the help. All commnents welcome!!!
