Looking at buying one of the Kelby’s actions and a barrel, but searching I see many options need fitting or work using a rem 700 action stock. I am going to assemble this myself and have the means to do so. What is out there that fits or works with out a ton of work. Asking to save myself headaches and cash.

My previous post came across a bit smart assed but my intention was to point out that you left your question WIDE open with very little constraints or info.

You did not specify which Kelbly action.
It matters.

The Black Bear Tactical is a flat bottom receiver that will not drop into most stocks made to accommodate Rem 700 actions.

Assume you are referring to a short action?

If you are referring to one of their Atlas variants in short action length, almost all of the chassis and stocks will work with it if you make sure the tang's contact area around the rear stock bolt is relieved to clear their trigger hangar.

Stock choice should consider your own individual needs and what feels right for you. Narrow down your stock choices then confirm that it will work with your specific Kelbly action.

Pfft.... it's almost like you've designed a stock before or something.
