What color combo would look ok?? Opinions welcome

Ok guys i'm purchasing the S&B and spur mount in the picture below and building a new rifle. So far i've found the stocks shown in stock and wondering which you fellas think will match and make the best color combo. Barreled action can be FDE coated as well if you think it would look better that way.

Like to have sand camo just like Tom's but can't find one and hate to wait 16 weeks

Let me know what you guys think i'm ready to get this build going.


Any better suggestions welcome or if you guys know a good stock painter that can paint it like Toms sand camo please post their contact info or PM it to me

I currently have this T-4 ABOVE It will also be for sale if you guys think its a no go for a good look with optic .

I think basing your build on the color of the parts is foolish when it can be changed so easily.

If you like the stocks ergonomics, keep it and paint it to match the optic...OR, keep it and re-coat the scope and SPHUR to match the stock.
If you don't like the stocks ergonomics, sell it and get something you do like, in a color that is more what you want.
If the one you DO want isn't available in the color you like, get something different and paint it to suit.

I think, no matter how you look at it...if you want a 3color Desert paint scheme, its going to need painted anyway. It comes down to weather or not you're satisfied with how your stock functions.

you checked out the hydro-dip patterns?

can FDE metal parts and get pretty much any pattern on stock.

Well I ordered today from Southern Precision and he had all in stock.

Mcmillian A5 adj R700 S/A M24 BDL in desert camo

Timney 510 trigger

Bartlein 1-8 27" 6.5 barrel M24 will finish at 26" will be threaded and deep spiral fluted

Stiller DBM

So I think this should look pretty good with barreled action in FDE
