Yesterday I flew from Nashville to Charleston on SouthWest I simply sat in my seat, but didn't realize I was a crew member, I need to call SouthWest and ask them when I can expect to receive compensation for being part of the crew.
You are officially an aviator. Also you got in before southwest started charging for bags?

Trying to find out how much they paid for the ride turned into a mystery. I'm sure they could have rented an amusement park like Kings Island for a day and had just as much fun with their entire families and friends.
If they paid anything at all, it was deeply discounted. That's free advertisement for Bezos. Besides his girlfriend was on that flight. Does anyone seriously think that he would charge her anything?

You're probably right. He'll have stoooopid money paying to do it. Like the people that wanted to see the Titanic. It'll be great until it goes poof in the sky and showers down like the space shuttle.

It's stupid shit like this headline on why no one takes the media seriously anymore. Whoever did this article has no clue about spaceflight or is pure clickbait.

^^^ This is why they did it. To try and make SpaceX look like a second-rate player. Or to take off some of the limelight.

The press almost totally ignored the rescue of astronauts last month. And when they did cover it, they didn't use Musk or SpaceX. Or they said that it was a "Conspiracy" and that Boeing could have rescued them any time. With their failure-prone equipment.

This was 100 percent to try and undercut the value of SpaceX which may well IPO this year. And has a Patent Portfolio worth more than some countries (that said, Musk tends to public domain his patents...). That said, this is a stupid publicity stunt designed to elevate Blue Origin, trash Musk and get the nattering lefties talking about how Dreamy Bezos and his "Josie and the Pussycats" bullshit was.

It was a shame that they didn't scatter them all over Texas. But there ya go. And I shouldn't have been hoping for that. Debris might have fallen on some real American rancher and injured or killed them. So should not wish ill on missions. My bad.

So... it's a felony to fit a cold air intake to your diesel... but it's just fine to burn tens of thousands of pounds of propellant through rocket motors so 5 bimbos can go on an 11 minute vacation for a publicity stunt?

This is the hipocracy of the environmental movement in one short sentence...

If men make fun of them the men would be labeled mysogynist.
There's only one way around that. When criticizing the women, say that you identify as a woman for the purposes of the lampooning. That should make it acceptable.

Then when you are done making fun of them, go back to identifying as a man.
