I just purchased a Bell and Carlson stock for a Howa Barreled Action build that I put together and I am pretty impressed with it, especially for a $230 stock. I used to have an FN SPR with a McMillan stock and it fit me better than just about any other rifle I have shot. I wanted something similar for this build, but I just didn't have the funds to buy the McMillan so I took a chance on the B&C.
Is it as robust or well finished as the McMillan? No, but for what I paid (less than half the cost of a McMillan stock) it has far exceeded my expectations.
