What Independent Organization/Group (if any) Audits/Verifies the Covid 19 'reported cases' ?

The conventional wisdom is to discount the data coming from the Chinese as their government supposedly controls/influences their medical system.

Call me skeptical.

Who independently verifies the data from the USA medical system?

The data is supposedly collected from hundreds of computers throughout the USA via people entering data into their office computers.

Unlike in China, we have the Freedom Of Information Act, to allow anyone to request records the government uses to publish statistics. So I don't think it's a matter of one independent entity that verifies it. But anyone could do so.

FOIA requests are made for Government communications.

The computer network/software collecting the Covid 19 data is administered by medical community?

Presumptive Positive case of COVID-19: Anyone who has tested positive for the virus, but testing was conducted at the local or state level. Currently, presumptive positive cases must have sample undergo confirmatory testing at the CDC.

It seems rather easy to manipulate the 'positive cases' at the local level testing sites. Those with an agenda could easily create samples of positive cases.

Since I don't believe the Chinese data and I don't believe the MSM reports, and I think the White House, State government, Democrat, Republican, and medical professions all present reports that are spun to their specific biases and agendas I think it's both cost effective and more efficient to not have another report I won't believe.

Thank you,
MrSmith

Data sources: Coronavirus COVID-19 Global Cases by the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) at Johns Hopkins University;

This is the website the media uses for spreading fear and panic.

But the underlying data source is local state and testing sites.

John Hopkins supposedly only tabulates the data for display.

Below is the 'disclaimer'

It is important to track the testing that states are doing to diagnose people with COVID-19 infection in order to gauge the spread of COVID-19 in the U.S. and to know whether enough testing is occurring. When states report the number of COVID-19 tests performed, this should include the number of viral tests performed and the number of patients for which these tests were performed. Currently, states may not be distinguishing overall tests administered from the number of individuals who have been tested. This is an important limitation to the data that is available to track testing in the U.S., and states should work to address it.

When states report testing numbers for COVID-19 infection, they should not include serology or antibody tests. Antibody tests are not used to diagnose active COVID-19 infection and they do not provide insights into the number of cases of COVID-19 diagnosed or whether viral testing is sufficient to find infections that are occurring within each state. States that include serology tests within their overall COVID-19 testing numbers are misrepresenting their testing capacity and the extent to which they are working to identify COVID-19 infections within their communities. States that wish to track the number of serology tests being performed should report those numbers separately from viral tests performed to diagnose COVID-19.

It's kind of like vote tampering in that the raw data comes from a whole lot of independent sources (counties, in the case of voting; medical facilities, in the case of COVID testing). It's possible that someone could falsify data (although I expect that it's not that easy to do), but the likelihood that enough do it that it would even move the needle statistically is extremely low.

I think a healthy dose of skepticism is a necessary thing. But I think the conspiracy theory culture has brought too many people to the point where they literally don't believe anything unless they want to believe it, and can never be convinced otherwise.

additionally,

Who is securing the database from those with an agenda?
If the Chinese, Russians and others can successfully penetrate DoD contractors super secret databases?

A few other data breaches Security reported throughout the year are:

Capital One – 106 million records

State Farm – Unknown

Biometric Records – 27 million records

Quest Diagnostics/AMA – 24 million records

Ecuador Breach – 20 million records

Hostinger – 14 million records

DoorDash Breach – 5 million records

Choice Hotels – 700,000 records

European Hotel Group – 600,000 records

Sprint Data Breach – Unknown

This is a list of data breaches, using data compiled from various sources, including press reports, government news releases, and mainstream news articles. The list includes those involving the theft or compromise of 30,000 or more records, although many smaller breaches occur continually. Breaches of large organizations where the number of records is still unknown are also listed. The various methods used in the breaches are also listed, with hacking being the most common.

Most breaches occur in North America. It is estimated that the average cost of a data breach will be over $150 million by 2020, with the global annual cost forecast to be $2.1 trillion.[1][2] It is estimated that in first half of 2018 alone, about 4.5 billion records were exposed as a result of data breaches.[3] In 2019, a collection of 2.7 billion identity records, consisting of 774 million unique email addresses and 21 million unique passwords, was posted on the web for sale.[4]

My buddy’s mom passed a couple weeks back from a massive heart attack, her death certificate says Covid as the cause of death. She was not sick (she hadn’t left the house in 2 months after having a hip replacement surgery, he is the only person she saw and he tested negative for both virus and antibodies after her death) and my buddy hasn’t seen any paperwork indicating a positive test result. There was a case in the news last month from Cortez, Colorado, a native man with a BAC of .34 died and tested positive for covid. It’s pretty clear that his death was caused by extreme alcohol poison but they classified it as covid. I think the death numbers are significantly over reported to fit an agenda.

Additionally,

What's to prevent a "spike" in "undocumented immigrants" providing positive samples at these drive thru sites?

Undocumented immigrants = anonymous patients

John Hopkins is ONLY the database/dashboard administrator. This institution gives the appearance that the data is above reproach.

But the data comes from thousands of LOCAL testing sites unrelated to John Hopkins.

@mikeinfwa what is your theory on who wants to manipulate the numbers and why?

The DNC/Media turned the Covid19 into a political strategy

Without COVID-19 panic Democrats cannot easily achieve ‘mail-in’ voting; which they desperately need in key battleground states in order to control the outcome.

Without COVID-19 panic Democrats cannot shut down rallies and political campaigning efforts of President Trump; which they desperate need to do in key battleground states.

Without COVID-19 panic Democrats cannot block the campaign contrast between an energetic President Trump and a physically tenuous, mentally compromised, challenger.

Without COVID-19 panic Democrats do not have an excuse for cancelling the DNC convention in Milwaukee; thereby blocking Team Bernie Sanders from visible opposition while protecting candidate gibberish from himself.

Without COVID-19 panic Democrats do not have a mechanism to keep voters isolated from each-other; limiting communication and national debate adverse to their interests. COVID-19 panic pushes the national conversation into the digital space where Big Tech controls every element of the conversation.

If all that is true, and so many people are involved in the conspiracy, then it is inevitable that the Republicans or someone friendly to them will uncover it all and expose the fraud. Agree?

If you're going to copy/paste, then it's proper decorum to attribute the source.

Nobody is going to expose shit because they, the democrat and republican Uniparty, are all on the take with their charitable organizations and pass through consulting corporations.
