At least one Active Duty General on this board has made it clear he is going to take on the entire command structure because of females now being allowed in Combat Arms, however; I didn't see too many people upset over the Senate allowing SM to have sex with animals!
(CNSNews.com) – (Updated) The Senate on Thursday evening voted 93-7 to approve a defense authorization bill that includes a provision which not only repeals the military law on sodomy, it also repeals the military ban on sex with animals--or bestiality.

On Nov. 15, the Senate Armed Services Committee had unanimously approved S. 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act, which includes a provision to repeal Article 125 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).

Article 125 of the UCMJ makes it illegal to engage in both sodomy with humans and sex with animals.

I don't want to be accused of being down on anyone, but for me sex with animals is sick, but if this goes forward I guess I will have to go along with it and keep my mouth shut.
I can't believe there are those upset because of females being allowed in the Combat Arms, but they didn't raise a stink over sex with animals-the world sure has changed during my lifetime.
I hope this is corrected, sex with animals is just wrong!

The vast majority of law makers (U.S. Senators) are lawyers, it defies logic to think they were not smart enough, or didn't understand the "LAW" well enough not to repeal only that part they wanted repealed! Nonetheless, I still didn't hear anyone SQUEEEK over this, does make you wonder, maybe those that hate the thought of females serving in Combat Arms aren't really to upset over the thought of "Donkeylove". It makes me sick to even think about it.

CASDB-I thought you may be correct, regarding sex with animals, however; I took a minute to find out how common this disgusting, sick practice was. I was shocked to find a website with well over 800,000 members dedicated to having sex with animals!!! I would have never guessed it was that high, honestly, I would have thought it would be in the "serial killer" type numbers, maybe a few hundered. If this every becomes the law in the military, it will be one more thing you don't dare complain about! But really, those guys raising hell about females serving in combat arms, but being dead silent regarding sex with animals? You never know about people these days! Sometimes silence speaks very loudly!

One more time, with most of the Federal Law Makers being lawyers, it defies logic, that they wouldn't have, "repeal and replace with". Now to answer you very well thought out question regarding dueling, I do not believe we have 870,000 duels in the US every year. I am going to make an assumption here, but one that I believe is safe, those sick SOBs that are having sex with animals, are doing so more than once/year, if only twice a year we have almost 2,000,000 sick sex acts with animals per year in the USA. I also assume, not every sick piece of sh(* that has sex with animals is on that sight. The bottom line, will we see a spike? Only time will tell. Maybe many of the sick SOBs that like having sex with animals have never thought about the Military, as their sick past time would have landed them in jail. Now-the door is open! Also, it appears having sex with animals is LEGAL in 19 states!!! I'd keep an eye on the numbers of new enlistments from those places!!!!
I hope you don't really believe that all those lawyers, Senators and Reps in D.C. are so stupid that they didn't think to repeal and add to make the change they wanted. They may be a lot of things, but not knowing how to get their way isn't one of them.

BTW, Just got this from Wiki:As of 30 September 2010, 1,430,895 people were on active duty[23] in the military, with an additional 848,000 people in the seven reserve components.
Total numbers active and reserve is still less than 1% of the U.S. pop, should we worry about them? I say HELL YES, to down grade facts because they do not apply to 51% of the population is foolish, let's keep it real.

What is going on in the military is that ALL HQ and up individuals who will not take up arms against the Citizens is being removed. The laws that we take as morally good things are being removed to make room for society's trash to make the infusion of Soldiers who WILL shoot citizens on command easier.
Crazy talk? Disprove it with at least ten good premises(no propaganda, truth only). Yes, my statement is from stuff I saw on the internet, so it is up to you to disprove it. Use propaganda, and I will destroy your premises one by one. Ready for some fun?

You have a very active imagination! It must kick in when you read other people's posts, as I don't know of anyone with basic reading skills that could have come up with,"the military is coming to rape your animals..". I don't think the sick, low life, scum that has/and is having sex with animals are going to be given orders to spread out across America-and rape animals! How did you ever dream that up? Are you okay?
I do believe that no right minded person, nobody that actually pays attention to what happens in D.C., would ever believe that all the law makers (most are lawyers, from very fine law schools) and their large staffs-also many lawyers, would have not realized that the "no sex with animals" was being taken out without their knowledge, remember it is not a crime in 19 states to have sex with animals!!!
I still wonder about those that are going to take on the entire command, up to and including the pres, over females in the Combat Arms, but don't seem to have a problem with those sick SOB's that like to have sex with animals--their silence speaks volumes on the issue, 'nuff' said.

We're slowly gearing up (or is it down?) for a 'peacetime' military. I'm sure most of you know how fucking retarded things get during those times. You're seeing, in part, the beginning of it.

Funny thing is, from my experiences with women in the military during war time; we only had them as logistical support, mainly quartermasters. They also went into 2 categories 99% of the time:

1 - The ones who 'want' to fight and find out rather quickly they no longer 'want' to when they realize they are always seconds away from getting their shit shot up, and NOONE looks at them like their special because they're female. Their 'want' goes away as soon as these two facts become evident to them.

2 - The ones who never want to fight in the first place.

As for the 1%, well, you need the same PT standards as the rest of us until I give a fuck what you 'want'. Until then, keep your 135lb ass away from the left or right of me.

German, if there is one thing we are not going to do, it is going to be in peacetime. North Korea, Iran, Horn of Africa, Philippines, and all the other places Al Queda is hiding will need to be dealt with. North Korea is really pushing it as is Iran. We are simply leaving Iraq and Afghanistan so we can rest, refit, and redeploy to one more shithole.
