Your opinion please.
What is the best value for your money out-of-box semi-auto rifle for 600-1000 yards? No competition, no special needs, no build it yourself please. IMHO it is S&W M&P 10 6.5 creedmoor which in "good times" you coulf have for as little as $1,250. It is sub-MOA, well built and inexpensive.

Just curious if you’re gonna keep asking the same dumbass question or just looking for confirmation bias for your ar10?

I dont have an AR10 and read the question - it's about "best value for the dollar", not "the best rifle", not "the cheapest".

PSA PA-65. Sub moa, adjustable gas block, I cut mine down to 16.5" and its a solid 1200 and in gun. Makes 1000 yards easy.

Looks very tempting. It's not a luxury brand but I remember times when Bushmaster was the cheapest of the cheap in AR15.

honeslty I picked mine up for like 800. Bought the cheaper version of the lower , no frills, cause I knew I was gonna do some add ons (trigger, buttstock) But it comes with a solid bcg (toolcraft) and a barrel that produces sun moa groups. And lifetime warranty. It’s not the rolls Royce of AR10s. It’s not a Larue. but it’s a reliable rifle that I can bring to the range and shoot out to 1200. (If you keep the 20” barrel and don’t cut it down to 16 like I did you’ll prob get out to 1300-1400 more consistently. )

Do you go back far enough to remember Sendra, the Springfield Armory lawsuit, and Dyke finally breaking the Colt monopoly? Exciting times.

Gotta get those kill shots at 1k.

Back in they day you didn't buy colt cause they made their pins a different diameter than everyone else and did not use the standard bolt carrier. Bushmaster meant quality.

Extra accuracy is always worth a little more money.

Example:

Remington 700 SPS Tactical vs. Tikka T3x CTR. Tikka all day long.
Agreed. The key word here is "little". And that is quite subjective. If it's .6 MOA vs .9 MOA but double the price, I would say NO THANKS. Also some rifles look like interesting - Daniel Defense for example... But do you really want something with a plastic lower receiver?

The Aero M5 and M&P10 are the same price +/- $150 depending on where you buy it.

Why bring up Daniel Defense? We're not even talking about that level of rifle... and a DD with a plastic lower receiver? Which model DD has a polymer/plastic lower?

You're acting like a "private" not a "superior officer" 🙄🙄

LoL, you mean a plastic dust cover?

Considering eurooptic had dd5v4's for right around 2k and your getting a sub moa CHF barrel with them as well as a bunch of other goodies, suppressed/unsuppressed GB for instance.i would say that they take the cake for the 1 to 2k market.

Although that POF Rogue has my eyeballs raising at 1800 MSRP has my eyebrows raised. I'm just hesitant as the Revolution has some reported issues and their CS supposedly sucks waiting on more feedback.

The cheap option is an M&P 10 and getting a free floated rail aftermarket.
