whats a used ar barell worth?

just curious i have a rock river 1-8 16inch cm.maybe 300 rounds through it yes mostly handloads 52amax infront of 24.5 tac.its not a bull barrel but its not the really lightweight one either.is it worth selling or should i use as a crowbar out on the rigs? want a medium weight 18inch with wild chamber 1-8 twist.

barrel steel is too soft for a prybar, I think about 70 + or - shipping
