Yes you do. I have a pellet smoker at home and we have one on the pontoon boat. Easiest way to cook I have ever known.

My buddy Dave fabricated the stainless steel base for our pontoon boat grill. It runs on a deep cycle battery with a power inverter.
There’s a 0% chance I’ll be sober when they get here
Moist and easy shredding. Add BBQ sauce to taste....
I grind some coffee into a powder and add it into my rub for baby backs.
Wife got a new birthday present today. I didn’t think I would be a fan of them but man do they drive nice.

Never stopped at chimney Rock just viewed it from the highway.
I understand its on private property. It can be vistited but Im not sure of the terms.
Scottsbluff is much more accessible as NPS runs it.
Interesting places visited by hearty people.

My days of climbing ladders and shit, at least in the shop, are over. Got this puppy off ebay last week and starting to change out the 78 T5 fluourescents to LEDs.

Curtain of water falling in North Georgia between Gainesville and talula falls.

You can walk right up close.
We stayed back a bit.
My kiddo was very interested in the graveyard of the folks who died on the westward journey.
She just looked at me and said, “that must have been really hard, to lose your family, bury them, and keep going on”.
That kid is something for 8 yrs old.
Few more recent local burials too.
Including a kid who passed in 2009 at 22. There is a pic of him with a big buck and his hunting rifle on his headstone, as well as engravings of a deer and a yote. And a sizable pile of antlers marking the foot of the grave.
Here is on Hwy 85 from 11 miles out. (Zoom in, right above the road)
Then from the dead end gravel that also goes to the cemetery.
You can walk right up close.

If you want cool at his place you just have to think about stepping outside, need to keep drinks in the fridge to stop them from freezing. Hunter's Inn tavern over the road is good though....@1J04 Looking at the ample amount of insulation. Nice job, building a walk-in cooler?
