Trying to decide which chassis I might get in the future should I get the money.

I absolutely love my XLR. You can check their website for specs.
But its (almost) infinitely adjustable for length of pull, alignment of cheek piece, etc.
Excellent quality, AR15 ergonomics.

it saves about 8-9 ounces according to kyle when he posted in the thread of it.
i went with mcree due to being the lowest cost in mags and chassis. its about a half pound heavier than an XLR EVO.

I have two McCrees and a third on the way. I'm new here but shot years of HP as a HM and due to an eye sight ssue, I've switched over to left hand shoring and really lie Scott's chassis. I just dropped a lightly used Rem SPS 16.5 inch 308 in or and it shoots .5 inch groups at 100 yards with 170 gr D46s with Varget. A little heavier but works nice out of a tree stand!
XLR. Get one and don't look back. I absolutely love mine. I have the evolution for my 5R remmy. Kyle's customer service is second to no one.
I love my heavy ass JAE 700 the damn thing is a tank and is about 8lbs by it's self, but it doesn't compare to the AICS I had on my duty rifle. Fit and finish are miles apart. Only Down side is I waited a year for this chasis I know some have waited a lot longer for theirs (like 4 years)
For weight, Rock Solid. My all time favorite chassis if weight isn't your #1 concern is the KRG Whiskey 3. The key is to try and get behind as many as you can before you decide, find a local match were you can fondle a few and see what fits, they are all very different.
Another vote for XLR, had my AI and xlr chassised firearms at the range Friday, got to say I love the feel of the xlr, light and fits like a glove. Cost is about$850 and iris completely adjustable.

Rock Solid is around 4.5 (from the info I have found) and the KRG is 4lbs 7oz fixed, 4lbs 12oz for the folder. When you look at those #s, weigh is nearly a toss up so the Whiskey folder would get my vote. I own a TRG folder which is very similar to the Whiskey chassis, it is one of the most comfortable stocks I have ran and when you consider how handy the rifle is when folded, nice option.
Thank you very much Kirk. That helped me decide as I was torn between the Rock solid and the KRG. I know now that a Gen 4 folding KRG will be my next purchase. Have the folding stock will make it easier to transport in the car and stow away in the safe.
It was posted in another thread that the GEN 4 is about a 1/4 pound lighter than the GEN 3 so I would assume the GEN 4 folding chassis is about 4lbs 8oz.
I've got an Accuracy International in route to my house. Should be here by the end of the week. I've had an XLR and they are very good stocks but I couldn't get my eye perfectly behind the scope because the cheek piece is too wide for my face. I have very high cheek bones that are somewhat shallow (thanks to blackfoot indian traits). Each person will have a different opinion due to their physical build. Best suggestion I have is get to a local match and see if you can get behind different stocks. Most guys will let you get behind their rigs with the bolts out just to see if you like the feel of a stock.

Tried it and couldn't get comfortable. when you tilt the cheek it tilted my cheek/face
I'm hoping someone will chime in with some info on the MDT LSS Chassis. It weighs 1.6lb which is pretty appealing to me
