Who for a custom barrel?

I need a barrel for a build that I don't think anyone will have on the shelf. It needs to be able to accept my opsinc 3rd and have a gas port just large enough to cycle with the suppressor attached since the gun will be suppressed 100% of the time.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
