I am not so sure some one understands what Rocky Mountain Oysters ARE!!! Let us just say, the rocky mountains are along way from ANY ocean, so we have to settle with what is handy at the moment.

Used to live in New Orleans and miss having crawfish boils on the weekends. Father worked for Chevron and company hosted 2 or 3 boils a year for their families. Miss those days.
