who makes a short one piece base for tight weld?

I have a Remington 700 SPS and I am looking for a one piece base that will give me the tightest cheek weld. I already have a Seekins 20MOA base but wont be able to use it till I get my AICS stock as the cheek weld will be too high. I also have a set of cheap burris two piece bases but I really don't want to put any torque on my new $3700 Schmidt and Bender. Any thoughts?

Why not get a stock pad/cheek riser? I'm running the tnvc pack with great success on my McMillan htg

EGW HD is made 0.1" shorter than their regular rail.
I just went from their normal 20moa rail to a 0 moa HD rail to get a tighter cheek weld. I think 20moa is NEEDED by less than 5% of shooters...i feel like a sucker for falling prey to the bandwagon
