It was such a better time back then.
Beaver was supposed to meet Uncle Billy at the sporting goods shop the other day. He was asking the clerk if anyone matching Uncle Billy's description had been in the shop. While talking to the clerk, you couldn't help but notice the wall of rifles and shotguns behind him. They would never show such an evil thing today.
Then the episode when the class was working on the 'American Revolution' in history. Beaver had to make a poster and he painted Paul Revere. A couple other kids brought in objects relating to the time period. Henry brought in an actual Kentucky long rifle. Miss Landers was really impressed and showed it to the class. Can you imaging that today ?
Such a shame..........
