Williams peep sight for picatinny rail?

redently bought an upper that had a micrometer adjustable rear sight that mounts on the picatinny rail,has a globe type front sight with replacable apertures on a standard a2 front sight that has been machined to fit it,looked all over & haven't found any info on this set up,any help would be appreciated,can email pics if needed
