Wind Flags

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding wind flags for long range rimfire shooting? We are currently shooting steel targets at 100, 150, 200, 250, & 300 meters.

If you know someone who works at a golf coarse they replace the flag/poles all the time you can pick up the old unit for next to nothing but make sure you wear gloves the fiberglass shafts have splinters (that's why they replace them)
