Windows based phone recommendation

Looking for recommendations on a good but not too expensive windows based phone that I can use with coldbore. I am looking for one that isn't too slow, has decent memory/expandable memory and can be used without being on a network. Want to use coldbore and be able to Bluetooth link to my kestrel.

I started to run CB on a Nomad, later I switched to a Nokia and the Panasonic.

I run a Nokia Lumia, with no SIM card, works fine on wireless network for uploading/downloading tracks on Coldbore. I don’t own a blue tooth capable kestrel so I can’t provide advice on the compatibility.

That’s is what I ended up getting. Has been working great.
