Well on the upside there are no fatties and for some reason a thong is the required uniform so there's thatMy wife is a high school volleyball coach. When she says “we’re watching women's beach volleyball” we’re watching women’s beach volleyball...
I went to the top of the jumps at Lake Placid....not enough money in the world to get me to do thatI used to enjoy seeing that skier get fucked up on that![]()
When I want to dress sexy all people do is complain “ugh, your legs are hairy”, or “Sir, your balls are hanging out”.I have a woke feminist daughter and she did point out that all those beach volleyball and handball teams are required to wear those thong-style uniforms. Apparently the Norweigan team was having a bad day and wanted to wear spandex biker shorts and got fined. Be Woke, but don't forget TNA gets viewers lol.
I thought SLC/2002 woulda' put the final nail in that coffin. Apparently, the dumb bastard politicians are considering doing it again; It's been going on for the last few where the cities hosting, as well as a ton of people have realized that its a gigantic waste of money. Remember, it used to be sold as a giant boon for whatever local economy hosted the games, but generally, it'll just fucking bankrupt you instead.
Simone Biles remarks on 'stressful' Olympics after early exit, says she has no injury
...
The US gymnastics squad finished with the silver medal after Biles' scratch[/HEADING]
...
"It's been a really stressful Olympic Games as a whole; not having an audience — there are a lot of different variables going into it [the Games]," she said. "It's been a long week; it's been a long Olympic process/year. I think we're a little bit too stressed out. We should be out here having fun, and sometimes that's not the case.
"Today has been really stressful, we had a workout this morning; it went OK but during that five-and-a-half hour wait I was shaking - I could barely nap. I had never felt like that going into a competition before. I tried to go out here and have fun; the warmup in the back went a little bit better but once I came out here I was like,
It sounds better than "I just didn't feel like it today."Also theres total retarded shit like this: https://sports.yahoo.com/simone-biles-reveals-led-her-150602654.html
So let me get this straight. Someone who refers to herself as 'head star', whatever the fuck that is supposed to be and sounds more like an award youd win at the annual Porn Convention, decides to completely bitch out and withdraw during the final stage of an event because her feels were 'off'.
They initially said it was a medical issue, which would be understandable (but that one chick with like a broken arm or whatever that won a few times ago laughs at you). Then it came out that "Biles later told TODAY’s Hoda Kotb that while she feels good physically, things “vary” from an emotional standpoint."
Yeah.
This coming from the 'star' who was a cast off from previous teams because people were 'mean to her'. I'm guessing its because shes a total shitbird of a team mate.
Which other country had anyone, at any event, leave during it because of feels? How is it that we're at a point where that that is even a response anyone would think of as even remotely acceptable?
Physically gifted, Mentally weak.
Lets not forget Sunni Lee, the #2 US gymnast, who competed in Worlds just days after her father became completely paralyzed after a fall....I'm only sad for the kids who look up to her.
Is there something going on in Japan?
Skateboarding and Golf as Olympic Sports? Give me a fucking break! Might as well add darts and chess to.
What the fuck is this?Between axeing our runner for smoking weed, and the anti sex cardboard beds, aside from women’s beach volleyball I’m not interested
The organizers decided to build bed frames out of cardboard, sufficiently strong to hold one occupant. The theory being that if 2 got into bed and collapsed it, then they would no longer be able to do the deed. No one said whether the beds were built for 90 lb gymnasts or 300 lb wrestlers...What the fuck is this?
You forgot the 400lb tranny....The organizers decided to build bed frames out of cardboard, sufficiently strong to hold one occupant. The theory being that if 2 got into bed and collapsed it, then they would no longer be able to do the deed. No one said whether the beds were built for 90 lb gymnasts or 300 lb wrestlers...
On the one hand I feel bad for her--clearly snapped (and she isn't one of those kneeling jackasses)Simone Biles goes faster, flips more, and flies higher than any other female gymnast. There are things that she does that only she can do. For that, she has been coined "the greatest of all time." I read that Biles had a goat head bedazzled on her uniform, so that we all know that she is the GOAT. The term "GOAT" gets thrown around like confetti these days. Every flash in the pan athlete is the GOAT of the day. And, maybe Biles is the GOAT. But here is the thing. The GOAT doesn't run away when the pressure hits the red line. The GOAT goes out and performs at a level no one can match. The GOAT wins a Super Bowl, then goes to another team and wins a Super Bowl the next season. And, he'll probably take a Pop Warner team to the Super Bowl this season. The GOAT doesn't run and hide.
When I was growing up, and it wasn't that long ago, "the goat" had a very different connotation. The goat was the one that gets the blame when shit goes sideways. You know, the scape goat. Well, shit went sideways and Biles is a no show. Yeah, she is the goat...
This is what kills me the most. Quits on the team but then says she might do individuals... No, you quit on your team you're gone.On the other hand, you never quit on your team. Never. And during a championship? I can't even...
100%, go homeThis is what kills me the most. Quits on the team but then says she might do individuals... No, you quit on your team you're gone.

Ok, the guy on the left has tits, and wears a dress, the guy in the middle is dead, and the guy on the right is a felon........the Wild World of Sports.......
because having the top genetic specimens of the world
Most of them are borderline stupid. No I don't want them breeding
That Ben Wanger with the backwards cap is hot AF, and has a brain. He's getting plenty in the Olympic village. If I were a Olympian I’d have a damn waterbed that rotates brought in, light the cardboard on fire and hand a orgy in front of it
What's Whitlock's handle here in the Bear Pit (its an hour but worth it)
I'm gonna push back on that--you quit MID COMPETITION because the judges are being too hard? Plus everything put out by the gymnast says it was 'mental health' and not judging. (sorry the more I think about it, the more i get pissed off).
I know guys retired from hockey after all the clutching and grabbing. Nobody did it mid-season....
I think theres a difference between 'quitting' on your team and withdrawing because you feel youre not performing up to standard (for what ever reason) and removing yourself so one on your team can do better. On the one hand I feel bad for her--clearly snapped (and she isn't one of those kneeling jackasses)
On the other hand, you never quit on your team. Never. And during a championship? I can't even...
She quit. No ands, ifs, or buts.Just throwing this out there, because I don't really follow gymnastics. I read an analysis by other retired gymnasts that said it was obvious that she had "lost herself in the air". This is apparently a condition that is extremely dangerous and one cannot really "play through". It was compared to vertigo for fighter pilots. Might be overcome with practice, but to continue would be extraordinary reckless and risk serious injury or death. The article referenced a young gymnast in a Tokyo qualifier match who was paralyzed and died a quadriplegic. Don't know if any of that is true, just another opinion to consider. She did stay with her teammates the rest of the competition, cheering them on and encouraging.
There was something to that East German/Czech/Romanian training after all....other than steroids. Also theres total retarded shit like this: https://sports.yahoo.com/simone-biles-reveals-led-her-150602654.html

If that's true, then I'll give her a break; yet, she is still in the individual stuff.....so must not be too bad.Just throwing this out there, because I don't really follow gymnastics. That was such a great show. The Cena remake sucks. If they want me to watch something from Tokyo, they'll have to bring this back.
