    I've done some electric motor and electromechanical actuator design for automotive powertrain applications, and can say that shrinking that sort of technology down to this size is a true engineering marvel. The folks working on this technology must feel really good about doing something that can make such a positive impact on someone's life.

    It appears to to be identical to the Touch Bionics Ihand that has been out for several years. Both devices are quite amazing considering only two sensors are used to pick up muscle contractions. I had considered the Ihand, but I have a very short residual limb of my left arm. That and the 100K plus cost changed my mind, I'd rather spend that on guns!
