too cruel?.....if anything that would be a kindness.....
personally i think a brazen bull would be appropriate.
I guess the article provides certainty of guilt, after all it said so in print. Yet that assumption of guilt is based on the integerty of journalists and the DA's and the IA.
Think back to the last election and you will see that Journalists lie as a part of their profession. Think back to the Duke rape case and you will remember Prosecutors lie to get convictions that will help them in elections. It may not be common, but yes sometimes ordaniary police and IA lie too. If I hang the guy I can still sleep. If I get all midevil on him then I could never go to sleep without wondering if someone lied to convict him.
Deserves everything he gets... and, realistically given our penal system in the USA... he deserves far more than he gets.
I will add that this guy represents 0.0001235 percent of the sworn L.E. in America. He is a disgrace to the human race. Not a representative of his profession.
That said, his badge and oath should make him conform to a far higher standard. Did I mention no sympathy? He deserves the worst the justice system can hand out to him if proven guilty. And the worst that the penal inmates can inflict on him if he ends up in the slammer. AJ... care to comment?
In greatest disgust,
