Wow...thoughts on this?

We should start a GoFundMe for his lawyer and try to get it recognized by other sites, etc., you know, spread the word.

This is one that should be made precedent and the only way to do that in our favor is for him to win. He'll need decent lawyers for that.

I'm down,
As long as the agenda won't go against the different forum's rules of usage?
I'm frustrated at a decomposing culture/nation, I spread the word daily in my service area as well as all network circles.
Let me know how I can help.

Any guess how much the legal fees would be? What's a good target?

So if someone plots to steal your firearms and LE finds out about it, they’ll kick your door in in the middle of the night and confiscate your firearms? Effectively saving the criminal the trouble. Seems legit.

And let me guess...if I put a round in the first guys chest that comes through the door I get charged with killing a cop? Even though I was abruptly awaken from my sleep by an intruder and I was not guilty of any illegal activity.
You might be able to get out of the charges if you can survive the ordeal without being shot by second guy and not die “of suicide” while in police custody. A guy in Texas was found innocent for shooting the first guy in that turned out to be a cop.

^^^ Basically, it did happen as reported. Middlebury is one of the most leftist towns in VT...

I would love to see some significant lawsuits over this, but guessing noone will step forward pro-bono. And the guy who lost his guns is probably 'old time' Vermont and not able to afford to take a case to SCOTUS. Or sue the town/state, etc. over Civil Rights Violations.

Precedent is set. Guess its time for a bad boating accident.

Cheers,

Sirhr
Yeah tell me bout it . I lost the two 80% lower builds and 80% glock build and ammo that I am purchasing with tax money in a freak boating accident . Rogue wave .

Middleton Police Chief: "So we TOOK ADVANTAGE of that extreme risk order statute that was passed. We needed to separate the person from their ability to do this.”

I'm surprised no one mentioned the Freudian slip of the Police Chief highlighted above (apologies if I missed it). Someone did mention the intellectual dishonesty of the second part of that quote. They admitted they had already placed the youths in custody prior to stealing the guns of the completely law-abiding citizen who had no knowledge of the plot, so they had already accomplished the goal of "separating the person from their ability to do this." Also, I have seen zero evidence that indicates the youth who said he had access actually did, if the firearms were locked up as the article indicates. Thus, the Chief is admitting that they truly TOOK ADVANTAGE of the statute to steal his guns. This is the Chief Of Police. I've never read anything more disturbing.

I really hope this never happens to me. There will be a lot of shooting in both directions. I refuse to roll over and let my Rights be stripped from me. These "laws" are unjust and should not be tolerated. Protesting in the street? We are way past that. Until people are start fighting back, things will only get worse.

We need a majority or a strong minority.. otherwise they will just pick us off one by one. Time for fighting is long overdue, but we must have people behind us or else we are just a crazy guy that snapped. Look at the bundy’s. They had a good thing going but then they got cocky

people responsible for this infringement need to be held directly responsible individually.

I find it disturbing that any time their is a fight to defend rights the offended must use their limited financial means to defend what they see as abuse.

While the individual elected or appointed government representative has the ability to prosecute/defend using the public treasury with no personal liability.

To add insult to injury if the aggrieved is found to have been abused by the courts generally their is a big pay out for damages and again the public pays those damages while the individual that overstepped their authority at worst only faces losing their position.

Not even cops have that protection from indemnity in most cases. A union may cover them up to a certain amount but after that for violations of civil rights they can still be held personally/financially responsible.

You never see a, Legislature, Attorney General or an Executive that faces financial ruin for UnConstitutional or unjust laws/prosecution.

Changing that would be a huge boon to freedom.

An AG will not go off half cocked infringing on rights with the chance they may lose their own fortune for fucking up.

In general that is a huge problem in our society right now, because quite a few classes of people basically have near unlimited other people's money to cover for their mistakes and defend them.

Politicians
Judges
Corporations
Police

And the list goes on.

VS. The rest of us have to seek what scraps of justice there are left these days at the cost of anything and everything we own when the above mentioned do bad stuff to us.

Yes, it’s a problem so what are we going to do about it? They have a new strategy that includes more than this. And, it’s working. My range, the only one within 100’s of Miles is about to be shut down from political bullying. It’s the only place remotely around that I know of that had a decent length of range to shoot at. You know what the majority are doing? Caving like cowards with little to no fight at all. If this is a microcosm of what it would be like for us in a larger scale then we are screwed. I’d like to believe our numbers would be better but I don’t know. I still think we need to all move to a couple of states to pool resources.

In my experience the ones you are talking about that cower down are the 3%ers. #MahRights

Just watching "Captain America: Winter Soldier" here. I know its a great movie, but if you watch it with an eye to current events much of it is based in reality, at least in concept.

Funny thing is the Communists have co-opted the symbols and stories of freedom to try to advance their cause.

They use 1984 as a parabale for Trump as big brother.

Star Wars is now a SJW fight against tyranny and its stars point to Trump as representing the "Evil Empire". In 1978 it was basically a WWII movie, an aerial combat movie with spaceships fighting instead of Mustangs (good) against ME-109s (bad).

They do this while at the same time stripping rights, creating unwanted global alliances, and regulating away freedom.

I guess it doesn't really matter, the issue is believing there is a difference between Republican and Democrat - both are invested in creating a "Brave New World" filled with shallow, emotionless humans with boring bureaucratic careers that use loveless sex and drugs to escape from the horror of their existence.

I doubt you will see Red Dawn remade.

I heard they tried but in the open communists convinced our under cover communists that it would not be right to portray them in poor light.

When you do see Red Dawn remade it will be done with wanna be Communist underdogs killing people fighting in the name of Capitalism.

The goobers in government will go to great lengths to violate your rights if they think you are remotely related to any wrong doing just because you have a gun. Yet how is this for being stupid?

"A man accused of bringing drugs and a gun into a Delaware County school has been arraigned in connection to the incident.

Nahzer Sabree, 21, of Philadelphia, is facing a number of weapons charges and drug offenses in relation to the incident on Friday morning.

Darby Borough Police Chief Robert Smythe called this a major security breach.

It all began around 9 a.m. Friday at the Park Lane Elementary School. According to police, Sabree was seen outside acting strangely and shirtless in 37 degree weather.

Even so, he was buzzed into the school."

What in the holy hell? They buzzed him in anyway . People are lucky there is no fuckin IQ to be qualified for air . In fact I would support medical research to make breathing involuntary . Just think of all the fucktards that would forget to breathe.
Problem solved .

That's why there is something to be said in favor of home-schooling.
