Empathy and sympathy are very different. I empathize for families of drug abusers, but I do not sympathize. You say it's not right to sell addictive drugs like this, so does that include alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, etc.?
Again we don't disagree about anything in principle, I am just not shocked by any of this, and none of it stirs my emotions. If you want to hear sad stories about kids who od and die, they write dozens every single day. A self proclaimed activist getting her panties in a bunch over her kids bad decisions from 3 years ago because an evil geriatric scumbag with dementia chuckled at her isn't news.

I think you're attaching emotions to my text that isn't there, believe it or not. I'm really not worked up about it, don't get worked up about most anything despite my opinions. Not shocked either, as stated it's been increasing for a while now, and will only get worse. I speak based on experience with my own drug use. I was only 9 the first time I got drunk off alcohol and before that I always had alcohol given to me if I was sick. Hot brandy. From age 12 to 15 I was an everyday user of meth until the day I quit cold turkey when the news of my first son on the way. I never once received a free sample during that time. As far as opiates goes, I had a prescription for morphine sulfate during my bladder issues from age 14 to 18 due to the pain down there. Care to share your own experiences with the free sample you claim to exist or you just trying to appease the peanut gallery?
I think what started with rape evolved to love as his(?) orifice became more...accepting.

That seems about par for the course per your responses. Free samples doesn't mean they're just like "here, have some fentanyl". It creates a return revenue stream. If you think drug dealers are honest about their product, why are they creating fake xanax laced with fentanyl? It's cheaper to make, and much more potent. Beer and Scotch are my only two "vices" and fortunately, the ones I like are expensive enough to make you pause and ask "Do I want this tonight or not?" which keeps consumption very low.

I had to BEG to get Xanax from doctor for an MRI. Valium isn't fast enough reacting for me to get in that tube. So, I got a whopping 3 tablets of the smallest dose possible. Don't think I'll be addicted...having done this before I had no desire to be that high except for the MRI (lockdown of the head/neck).
Ok. I guess I better put my asbestos drawers on cause....I'm fixing to piss some folks off.

In a world, where you are killing patients with lethal injection drugs, administered by doctors. You are advocating euthanized people cause they are old.
In this world, you can't trust a man with a prescription of tramadol, to administer them to himself as needed. If he wants pain medicine for chronic pain, he has to go to a "pain management program, where they treat him like a fucking drug addict.
Fuck her kids, and fuck all these people who ask the government and the medical industrial complex, to "protect us from ourselves".

The real issue is that so many think it is "safe" if it is something you can get with a script. I have a feeling the kids thought they are buying "real" Preco. and got some home made Mex crap. The pills they make in their labs do look like the "real thing". The kids thought they would get a buzz, no booze smell on their breath for mom to find out, and it bit them.
