If I were a judge in this case, the perp assaulted a female. Regardless of the hardware or what he/she/it feels like identifying as today, he/she/it would go to a male prison. Needs to be with individuals with like minded sexual desires when they make his farts sound like a yawn.
But then again a pepper spray catheter and bowling ball enema would be much better in my opinion. Of course, those would be administered while his junk is lock in a vice inside a burning building with a rust hacksaw about an inch out of reach.
But then again, if I ever get arrested, I'd suddenly"identify" as a woman and a lesbian. That'd be much better prison sex than going to a male facility.
