Need a little advice/opinions on a setup I am considering for AZ stalking/long range mule/white tail/javelina hunting. I am considering doing a Tikka T3 Lite Stainless 7mm-08 rifle with a Zeiss Conquest 3x12-56 or Zeiss Conquest Duralyt 3x12-50. Any thoughts or concerns? Thanks for your help!

I haven't looked looked through them back to back, but just going by the specs, I'd opt for the Duralyt. It's 7 oz lighter and almost 2 inches shorter than the Conquest, though with a 6mm smaller objective. 50mm objective is fine with those great coatings from Zeiss, unless it is a dedicated low light scope used at higher mag settings.

However, for the street price of $1099 of the Duralyt, I myself would opt for a Swaro Z3 4-12x 50 with ballistic turret or BRH reticle. There has been great pricing on Swaros and Zeiss both lately online. The Z3 is 4 oz lighter then the Duralyt and most likely slightly better glass. 14.5 ounces (Z3) for a rugged 50mm euro scope is amazing and would pair perfect with the Tikka. I've been planning on a 7mm-08 T3 too.
