Incredibly rare SAN 511 Rifle, serial number 34 - Less than 10 of these in the US! Comes with reflex style 1 of 1 B&T USA made 3D printed suppressor.

SAN 511 sniper / anti-materiel rifle is an improved version of the OM Nemesis rifle, which was developed by Swiss company AMSD several years ago. All manufacturing rights and documentation for Nemesis were sold by AMSD to SAN Swiss Arms AG (former SIG Arms factory, now member of international SIG SAUER group) in 2010.

SAN 511 sniper / anti-materiel rifle is manually operated, rotary bolt action weapon. It is built around aluminum alloy receiver, which is possible due to bolt locking directly to the barrel extension. Precision made barrel is free floated and equipped with muzzle brake and/or optional sound suppressor (silencer). Rifle has extended Picatinny rails for both top and side mounting accessories. Rifle is fed from detachable box magazines with 5-round capacity and also has mag insert for single feed loading. Side-folding shoulder stock can be easily adjusted to user preferences, and is fitted with adjustable, folding rear support leg. Folding adjustable bipod is attached to the forend, and rifle can be fired either from ground or other support (for maximum accuracy) or off the shoulder (in emergency situations). Sighting means are provided by telescope or night sights, installed by the user onto integral Picatinny rail, running at the top of the receiver. Additional accessory rails are provided on both sides of the receiver.

I am in the US and have been invited to compete in Italy this fall. My understanding is that you need a gun permit to shoot there, but if I have an invite from a match director, they waive that requirement.

Has anyone have experience with traveling to Europe or Italy and competing?

Has anyone here had their hands on the Victrix Venus or Venus Pro 22lr?

There are very few reviews or even many posts about them, I’m guessing because they aren’t at all popular in the USA.
I’ve found a few videos on YouTube from X-Ring and Womfat who both seem to suggest it’s quite a nice rifle, but wish there was a little more info available.

I’m not is the USA so the cost of a Vudoo barrelled action is very expensive, based on Womfats video I’d almost be better off to buy a Venus Pro and if I don’t like the chassis drop it into a R700 chassis, as the price for the whole rifle is similar to a Vudoo barrelled action + a high end trigger.
The Venus Pro comes in a heavy contour 24” or 26” length which is what I’d want out of a Vudoo/RimX anyway.

I shoot recreationally in Phoenix, AZ, mostly at Ben Avery and Cowtown, from 100 to 1000 yards. I do not compete at this time.

I would like to know if you see any fatal flaws or bad logic in my proposed order of operations for 6.5 Creed bolt gun ammo.

My priorities:

*Complete the work fast

*Minimize single step procedures (i.e. weighing and dropping individual charges, applying wax to cases individually, annealing cases individually, etc).

*Obtain better performance than Hornady match ammo

*Process 200-300 cases at a time

Order of Operations:

Step 1 - Collect Fired Brass

Step 2 - Anneal Necks in Giraud Annealer

Step 3 - Spray lube with one shot or similar

Step 4 - De-prime on Dillon 550 Toolhead 1, Station 1 - Lee universal decapping die

Step 5 - FL Resize body on Dillon 550 Toolhead 1, Station 2 - Forster FL Resize die with decapping stem removed

Step 6 - Expand Necks on Dillon 550 Toolhead 1, Station 3 - Pin Gauge Die TBD

Step 7 - Tumble to remove lube

Step 8 - Trim / Chamfer / Deburr on Giraud Trimmer

Step 9 - Prime case on Dillon 550 Toolhead 2, Station 1

Step 10 - Drop powder (Staball 6.5) on Dillon 550 Toolhead 2, Station 2

Step 11 - Seat bullet on Dillon 550 Toolhead 3, Station 3

But I currently run a psa special price strike eagle 1-8 on my rifle and just having a hard time not just going that route again on the Pistol other than weight

I know I probably titled this thread poorly because it's less about a question and more about another way of looking at this controversial topic in the Christian community.

So it seems anytime capital punishment is brought up among Christians, there's always a group that with either bring up the "thou shall not kill" Commandment or say that only God gets to take a life and that the death penalty is playing God's role. However, the Commandment says "thou shall not murder" not kill. Us Christians are allowed to kill in defense of ourselves and/or others. So the way I see it is executing someone is not murder, but rather killing in defense because you are killing that person in order to defend society from a terrible person who has continued to harm to society and will continue to do so unless stopped permanently.

I get that this isn't exactly an elaborate thread and all, but I wanted to keep it simple and to the point.

We are living in a time where 22lr is at its best ever! We have smiths who are bringing so much innovation for reliability and accuracy. We are seeing repeaters showing accuracy almost as good as benchrest builds. We have many actions that these builders have to do there magic with. And the barrel manufacturers are making the best barrels ever. Lets give a big shout out to your smith, what action was used and what barrel. All these companies have earned a great deal of respect!
