Match grade barrel fouling after 40rds?

Blue arrow is where the area just prior to the chamber wall where the carbon ring forms. This is a clean barrel, of course with Thorroclean, and no ring is visible. The yellow arrow is where the lands begin, thus muzzle direction.

Directions flipped, but you see where a case its in the chamber just prior to chamber wall.

Then if the ugly black ring you see below is formed in that area where the case neck sits, it decreases the clearance, because the case neck would sit on top of the carbon ring crud.

Leupold spotting scope

Yup. NF price is $300 more for the same scope with just a horus reticle.

I have had a mk4 with tmr reticle a few years now and love it. For prs and minor corrections it does its job great. If you will be actively calling out corrections that need to be accurate then I'd get a horus reticle.

If no reticle than the gold ring is excellent as mentioned above.

Leupold spotting scope

To get the Horus Vision Reticles, the scope manufacturer pays a premium licensing fee to set their reticles in any manufacturer's scope products.

For example my S & B PMIi 5-45×56 in Desert Camo cost me $8600.with the TREMOR 3 Reticle, while a MilRad Reticle in the same scope cost $7500, and that was 2 yrs ago.
If it had the money 1 yr earlier, I would've saved $1,000 on both scopes

Mammoth Sniper challenge 2 AAR: very late edition

If someone wanted to do the Mammoth, how would they go about finding a partner to do it with? How do you try and find someone who you are well matched for, so that neither is holding the other person back? kinda like finding a weight class in boxing....
I’m sure you could post on their FB page and someone might be interested.
