Geissele Cut Rifled SPR Build and Barrel Evaluation. (Part 4 (Load Development 28MAY25) Update!!!

That isn't really how dies work. The only thing you can adjust when "setting up your dies" is shoulder bump or rough equivalency to headspace. Chambers that were cut with the same reamer will have differing shoulder bump requirements most of the time. The only correct way to answer your question is using this 👇, on brass fired in the specific chamber of the Geisselle barrel you buy and then comparing it to what your die produces after sizing. No one makes 223 CLE dies or 223 Wylde dies. The biggest difference is the freebore and has nothing to do with dies or die adjustment.

Beat me to it. If I remember correctly the freebore on a CLE is a bit shorter than a Wylde which is shorter than a Match.

This might make for an interesting discussion... I want to talk about minor league hockey jersey's and their prices.

Are they the real sewn jerseys? I think that is the going price for those. Utah Hockey Club (now Utah Mammoth) NHL jerseys were running this last year.

"The prices range from $200 for a blank jersey, $250 for a player jersey and $275 for a personalized jersey. Fans can customize the uniforms with any player on the roster or their own name."

These prices are for the sewn adult size jerseys that were sold in the Delta Center.

I’d like to call you “Phoenix” as you have risen out of VGW ashes. We have all benefited from this opportunity and are rich in knowledge as well as with your support and soon with your products and parts.

We wait in high anticipation of new and superior design now that the leash has been removed and can see what should have been made if left unmettled.

If you want apprentice or testers (read Quality Eng), contact me.
Thank you, Sir, very much. There's currently daily progress on all the things this community has expressed as priorities. I believe many have learned from what we've all seen and experienced and ultimately, the community is in a better place because of it.

You can answer this in a PM if you'd like, but where are you located?

Awesome suppressor muzzle brake front end attachment by Recoilx

Finally got a chance to hit the range to test out the new Comp brake with the Scythe Ti and compare it to the Theorem-S with the brake.
The host for the Scythe weighs 11 lbs 4.96 oz and the host for the Theorem weighs 11 lbs 5.66 oz. Both weights are including the can with a 26” Proof barrel and without a bipod attached. Both were using the same ammo. 6.5CM with 147gr cruising at 2620 fps avg +/- 10.

I shot both rifles back to back a few times alternating between them. Recoil impulse on both cans were fast. Same as before, the recoil on the Theorem-S felt a little stiffer but the rifle also felt flatter. The Scythe + Comp brake was a little softer on the shoulder but didn’t feel as “flat” as compared to the Theorem. But yes, the Comp brake does a really awesome job. I don’t have a Scope cam to use but it looked like the Theorem brake had more of a downward push compared to the RX Comp. Both cans kept the target within the reticle and recovery was fast. Can’t go wrong with either setup.

Remember folks, this was my non scientific testing shooting off a barricade and bag. The rifles were relatively light. To me sub 12 lbs is light. I mean I could have used a 25 lb Dasher as a host but why? I want to see how the brakes work on NRL Hunter builds.
