No, professor, renaming the Gulf of Mexico does not give us mineral rights. It is, however, a POTUS level troll that make leftists' heads explode and capture the political media cycle. If Los Ghemora was not on fire it would dominate the airwaves and it clearly has you playing in Trump's sandbox against your will.
You don't sound reasonable pointing out the fact that names mean very little as a practical matter. You sound like you are easily manipulated and unhinged with TDS.
As I pointed out elsewhere, even conservative sources who have been never-Trumpers are chuckling about this, because they now understand what you do not.

EXPERT: You did the absolute basics of what we asked and suck the least of all initial entry recruits. This is a minimum standard.
SHARPSHOOTER: You suck at shooting. No chili Mac for you at the chow hall, no desserts until you level-up.
MARKSMAN: You barely qualified and need remedial training.
It’s a way of building confidence for guys who never shot before and have no formal training in BRM.
It really needs way more levels of development and scoring both in Initial Entry and in the units.
