Yah sure.My site ram got me good a couple weeks ago. Had a bruise shaped perfectly like his head from my thigh to my knee. He was evicted yesterday from our property to a neighbors until we need him to breed the ewes next fall.
We were also surprised with lamb triplets yesterday morning. Another ewe should lamb in the next day or two. So he was working pretty quick for the first night we exposed him to the ewes. Expecting 4 more ewes to lamb, hopefully closer to March though.
The little white lamb with the black eyes is cute. We named her Tina Turner.

Gotcha. Might make sense to just remove tikka as an option then if you are out of stock and won't make any more. Rather than have folks like me wondering when they'll be back in stock. I just assumed the tikka sold quick since it was the only one out of stock.

I've ran 8-9 years on this factory barrel. I just don't shoot centerfire bolt guns a ton (well I shoot them a bit, but it's not uncommon for me to walk out to the shooting bench and run 10-15 rounds and be done with it for a month or two... My next gun will almost certainly be a custom action. I just need this to get me through the rest of the years of the kids being at home, which should be 6-ish years. So I'm fine buying the action wrench but if it's the same cost to let my gunsmith buddy do it and I can work OT at work to cover more of the cost, that probably makes more sense.I would 100% rebarrel. Look at the tools needed as an investment and it opens a lot of options in the future. It makes having a 18-20" barrel for a hunting rifle and a 26"+ maybe in a different caliber range gun a 10 minute job. One nice stock, one nice trigger, one nice optic and it's honestly the cheaper way to go for more quality rifles in the safe. It'll also change your thoughts on new rifles in the future. If I can't just order a shouldered profit barrel and have it sent to my house odds are I'm not looking at that action for very long.
+1 on PVA I have been a customer for a long time and have several OBW barrels cut by them. I will say if you are a tinkerer and like to test they probably aren't for youmine all seem to just shoot sub 3/8" with about any load.
