Movie Theater Mission Impossible 8 / Final Reckoning

I am bias, and hard for me not to like any MI movies, as i been an MI fan since a kid watching the original series on the TV . #8 is Most Excellent watching it on the BIG Screen. Fast moving all way through, Cruse went top shelf as usual, Air stunts were great on the big screen with good audio also. It is a Long movie also @ 2 hr 50 min.
It does tie the whole series up to a fitting ending. So if cruise chooses to walk away after #8 on the series he did it right.
.

TBAC for a comp gun

Got lucky and it’s time to order another thunderbeast. I currently have an ultra 7, and in jail I have a magnus CB.

I just shot my first match suppressed with the ultra 7 and am giving up on brakes. Sick of the noise and concussion. Have a few questions on options specifically looking for input from competition shooters.

-CB or SR? Iv been passing around the ultra 7 quite a bit, I havnt had any problems with the CB but do tighten it regularly if needed, when it gets hot and cools quick. I also notice on higher round counts I really fill up the threads with carbon, just more cleaning but the SR mount has some appeal in that regard. Is the SR mount worth not having to worry about your can loosening during day a prs match?

-I’m currently thinking of getting another ultra 7, with a 6.5 baffle stack or going with a magnus SR to dedicate to my heavier competition guns that see more round count.

Passing around the ultra 7 is getting old, especially swapping rifles that have significantly different muzzle pressure. Every time I shoot it on my shorties it seems to make a lot of big carbon chunks, that sometimes end up in the chamber. I’ll have some redundancy with the magnus cb and ultra 7 if something were to happen, but having another ultra 7 to pass around the hunting guns it rides on would also be nice.

-Recoil on a heavy comp rifle. Do you notice a difference between the magnus and ultra 7 on a heavy comp gun, mostly 6 and 6.5mm flavor? Is the impulse different enough to warrant the price for another magnus?

Thanks.

Hunting & Fishing Help with Fly Rod

Anyone here into antique fly rods?

Ive got a rod here that Ive been trying to find info on....I can find info on other sized rods but not exactly what I have...here is the info thats on the tag:

-South Bend Bait Co. (Lots of info on these guys)
-Bamboo (lots of these)
-3 piece (most I found were 4 piece)
-9' (only found 8' & 8.5')
-Comes with an aluminum storage tube (none found with this)
-Aluminum reel
-Cork handle & aluminum back 1/3 where reel goes

The label on the tube reads:

-South Bend Bait Co.
-Split Bamboo Fly Rod
-Fishandfeelfit
-Rod No. 53
-Length 9 FT.

Any ideas on value guys? I can post pics if need be...let me know.

Accessories $550 R700 SA MPR Chassis Christensen Arms

$550 shipped. Used this for a couple coyote outings, still in excellent shape. I did notch the rear of the handguard for my origin rail and cut the length down to fit my 16.5” barrel. Has action screws, no grip. Rifle that was in it was Zermatt Origin with 16.5” proof barrel.
