What else will Biden and Satan's other minions do to shank the U.S. before Trump takes office?

He's already waved the requirement for newly arriving illegals to check in with ICE in NYC, anticipating the hordes travelling to the border to get in before Trump shuts it down.

Like Saddam Hussein torching the oil fields as his last malicious act as he retreated from Kuwait, there are only sixty days remaining for the OBiden administration and Dems to carry out their plan to destroy America.

I hope they will leave peacefully, with honor and dignity but I anticipate more vindictive acts of sabatoge from bedbug infestations, planted bombs, bugging devices to deadly CIA viruses in the White House and as a grande finale, starting WWIII.

The next two months will be interesting.

Fierce Firearms - CT Edge Report

I recently acquired a pair of Fierce Firearms in an estate auction. They were sold as used weapons being part of a large collector's personal estate collection. I had purchased some items from this estate last year and found them to be mostly new in box in unused condition. This included a nice Swarovski Z6i scope which I took to Africa this year and another equally nice Kahles K16i scope which I plan to take there next year. The two Fierce rifles were in the auction last year but apparently did not sell in 2023. Last month they appeared late in the auction and I had been unable to win on any of the items that I had marked previously and as these approached the block, I was intrigued. I did a quick search of some on the net for sale and estimated their value and made a move to get them. I won the first a CT Edge in 7mm 08, and then won the 2nd, also a CT Edge in 7mm Rem Mag.

I got them for well below full retail price and in fact they sold for about the same gavel price as two old Remington 788's that I had tried to buy, so I was satisfied with the cost of entry but still very ignorant of what I had actually purchased. So, I came here to do some post purchase research. This is a bit back-assward to how I should have approached this. I should have studied them before I bought them. But, I would rather be lucky than good.

My research was mixed and troubling as many here reported them to be not so good. They did report that the ones made in Canada were better than the ones from Utah but that the CS at Fierce was not that good, but might be getting better? Fortunately, my two are the Carbon Titanium Edge models made in Canada relatively early in the life of the company and those were reported to be some of the better rifles to come out of Fierce. These are identical with black/grey carbon composite stocks and stainless fluted barrels that wear a carbon fiber wrap. Each has a muzzle break and each comes with the factory test target that documents the 1/2 moa groups at 100y and the load used to achieve it.

When my rifles arrived, I was pleased to see that they were both in as new, unfired condition (except for factory test shots) and were in the original boxes. One of them had never had the factory included scope mount attached to the receiver. The box of one still had the retail price sticker attached at $4,695 plus tax. This looked to me to be very old and faded. I can only speculate when these were first sold? Guessing about 2012? I was pleased to know that I got what appeared to be two stellar deals.

Deer season was approaching and I brought two scopes with me to my local FFL when I came to pick up the rifles. A Swarovski Z5, 3.5-18x for the mag and a Leupold LPVO in 1.5-4x for the 08. We mounted those and boresighted them after initial inspection. Took them to the range to zero both at 100y. I only fired about 10 shots thru each and only one of those was a real group of three shots but am very pleased to report that at least with my one ammo type for each, the both shoot the 1/2" groups as promised. I used Federal Fusion in the 7mm Mag and Norma Whitetail in the 7mm 08. I think they were both tested with Barnes TTSX ammo and I have some of that coming today.

Fit and finish is stellar! It is like looking at the firearm equivalent of a Ferrari or Mecedes AMG. Very good attention to detail. Very light weight. DLC coating on the bolts. Nice crisp, light but not too light triggers. Both rifles are some of the five or six best shooting rifles that I own and I own some very fine precision rifles. First impression is two thumbs up! Would I pay full retail for one? No. I think I would rather go full custom but, at the price point that I got them for, they are well worth the price. I have only had one range session with them and I took the 7mm mag deer hunting last weekend and bagged a nice 10pt buck at 124y. First shot dropped him in his tracks.

I was concerned at first that the light weight of these would lead to punishing recoil which has been my experience with other vintage feather weight rifles. I am pleased to report that the muzzle brakes are very efficient and that the recoil on the 7mm mag is closer to that of my old 270 Mauser and the 7mm08 is not that different than the recoil on my 243. A bit more but not much. These will make outstanding high country upland all weather hunting rifles and combined will take about anything in North America. I might even take one of them to Africa someday. I cannot comment on the customer service or long term reliability but my first experience with them has been outstanding!

Looking for a Dealer to sell my chassis

Hi All

I'm a manufacture in New Zealand and I make a chassis for the Howa mini action.
They get great feed back here and I'm hoping to expand to the USA market.
the export side from NZ is easy, but working out the import details to the US is proving a little more challenging, especially from here.

I'm hoping someone might want to become a dealer and import them.
The chassis is called the Elude Chassis, weighs about 600grams (21.50z) makes for an ideal truck, plane small space rifle. I have also had them made into survivalist type setup that fit I a 12" pelican box
Lots of guys here run 6.5grendel in 12" barrels. Makes for a very tidy little package.

if someone is interested id love to hear from you.
either on here or via email [email protected]

Building lightweight AR10 - VSeven Harbinger vs 2A Xanthos Lite vs other?

HI. I'm going to be buying a receiver set for a lightweight AR10 build I'm doing next Spring. The only two I'm aware of is the Vseven Harbinger, and the 2A Xanthos Lite. Do any of you have any experience with either of these receiver sets? Would you recommend them? I'm going to be using a Proof Research barrel with this build. I don't care much for the aesthetics as both look very good. Do you know of any other lightweight alternatives to these two?

2A Armament is no longer in business, NEMO bought their tooling out and put them out of business. Would that be a no-go for you? There are plenty of 2A parts still around, but I don't know if I should be worried about that being an issue.

I want the rifle to be lightweight, so I might go with 6.5 Creedmoor to make it even lighter to trek the countryside with. If you were building a lightweight AR10, which caliber/cartridge would you go for?

Any recommendations would be helpful.

MINIMUM BARREL LENGTHS, SUREFIRE SILENCERS

I recently got off the phone with SureFire regarding minimum barrel lengths for the SOCOM556-RC and SOCOM762-RC (the very first iteration) in the context of 5.56x45mm and 7.62x51mm usage.

They say that one could go as short as 10” and 14” for each, respectively - and though they didn’t state so in black and white, they implied that their main concern was more of bullet stability than pressures generated in the first few blast chambers (“…the cans can take the pressure.”)

I just wanted to hear if you’ve been told similar…

Fieldcraft Jacket Question

Looking for some real world experience/comparison with the Beyond Clothing A7D and the Outdoor Research Collosus coats.

I currently have a Kuiu Super Down Pro.. so if you've used one and can compare.. Bonus.

I need something for SubArctic and Low Arctic operations within our camouflage pattern. I know.. OR doesn't make OCP, but it will be alright.

Other suggestions welcome. OCP or MC

Thanks in advance!

SOLD XM3 Full Clone Build Kit

I spent a couple of years collecting parts for an XM3 build, but I've shifted priorities to other projects. I have everything, and even some duplicate parts. The receiver serial number is exactly in the range of the originals, and it was barreled by Hart - they profiled and chambered the barrel also, to XM3 specs. The receiver needs to be clip-slotted, the bolt knob installed, and the trigger tuned. I'll take $4,500 firm, shipped and insured, for everything in the list below. No trades. Not willing to break up the kit unless it doesn't sell whole. I have the recipe for the original Man-O-War finish for the buyer.

Also for sale is a Surefire FA762SS suppressor, BNIB and unfired, but not until the kit sells and then the buyer of the kit has first refusal: $5,500 firm. If the kit doesn't sell whole, I'll post separately.

Big post ... hope I got this all right ...
