Which is what I stated; I said the particle is suspended. There is an issue if stating the size to prove that there is 100% filtration. That was what I was stating. Viral particles will be present in the fluid on the mask.

Hopefully your case will be mild. I had Covid and made the mistake of notifying my Family Medical Practitioner and they prescribed Paxlovid 'cause I'm over 65. My case was really mild the first 48 hours with slightly elevated temperature and moderate body/headaches. Then I took the Paxlovid, my mouth tasted like a homeless guy was living in it (and peed a little) and the fatigue increased to the point I literally became exhausted after making coffee and feeding the dog.
Had to take mid day naps (I'm retired) for 10 days to get anything done. In my case, the fatigue was the biggest deal as it was severe and lasted even after I tested negative again. Good luck on yer recovery - at least you didn't come down with it while in the field. That might have sucked big time.

Never had the vaccine, luckily was medically retired from army before it was mandated. Work, required exemption or the shot, but also doesn't require the boosters.
I work in Healthcare. I don't know how many COVID patients I've been around(a metric shit ton), got something similar to the flu a few weeks back put me down for a couple days but nothing else.
No lingering effects or such. I turned 44 this year and my immune system is still going strong.
I will have to say I've been sick 2 times since I started working for this place, and I usually only get sick once every few years. The only thing that has changed in my routine is wearing a mask constantly. I wear it around my chin unless I'm in a PT room. Other than that it's on my neck all day.

I know quite a few folks that got on the bandwagon early on and they've had no issues. Other than they keep catching covid.
A couple people I know/knew were hesitant, said they weren't going to take it then let their coworkers or their spouse talk them into it. One of them is dead and one now has heart issues. I have friends that have friends (don't know them personally) that took it and several of them have passed. If we're counting those I know just about as many people that have died from the shot that have died from the rona.
I'm thinking first round early adopters got the placebo and then round two, three, four, plus boosters probably got the real deal. There was also a theory going around that the dosage was metered out differently in different areas.
There is supposed to be a website (haven't looked it up myself) howbadismybatch.com or something like that. Supposedly you can type in your batch number and see how strong a dose you got.

I know lots of people who were vaccinated in the first group. Like before it was available to everyone. I had the opertuntiy to take it with them.
Over the last three years I would say on average most of them are out sick 3-5 times each over a 10 month period, while i get sick 0-1 times. Some are younger some are older. Most are boosted at least once or twice. Some of them are dumb enough probably 3 or 4 times. Most people I know who have died of strokes and heart attacks that were vaccinated were not in that group. Of course anyone in that group that got sick and died within two weeks of taking the shot was listed as an unvaccinated COVID death, so....

#1 was in March of 2020 while working in Los Angeles, right when the SHTF. Was down in bed for 48 hours. Zero persistent issues.
#2 was in March of 2021 while in Kenya right at the time Kenya was in the news for being the “Delta variant” hot-spot. Had prominent flu-like symptoms for a week. Took a few more days to fully recover.
#3 was last month (early Sept 2022) while in Montreal. Very mild cold-like symptoms for 2-3 days, but a good 2-3 weeks of “Covid fatigue.” Was constantly tired and had zero stamina. Getting dressed or showering was the Iron Man Triathalon.
All three times I tested positive, followed by a PCR to confirm Rapid POS.
Never vaxxed (never will be, at least for this). I’ve had it three times now, with likely all three major variants, including the original. I never stopped traveling (but did slow during 2020/2021) and still logged 200K butt-in-seat air miles per year, which is why I’m always getting hit. I’ll take my natural immunity over artificial (vaxxed) immunity anyday.
Because much of my travel is to Third World hellholes, I have been vaxxed with everything else — Yellow Fever, MMR, Hep A/B, Menningitis, etc — so I’m not anti-Vax by any stretch, but this mRNA “take it or die!” hard-line GOV stance just never sat right with me. Not anti-vaccine, but fully anti-mandate. No vaxx for me or the wife tho...Just got back from Israel. Had a sore throat, and stuffy head for two days immediately following my return. Felt like a short cold. No blood clot despite 23 or so hours of continuous travel. Remember the good old days when they were calling vaxx injury "misinformation?"

Life saving medication was banned in Texas until July of 2020. Abbott encouraged city mayors to mandate businesses to enforce mask mandates and force penalties. My town played along and the police harassed everyone.

There is no issue stating particle size. If the particle is smaller than the filter is passes through. The viral partial is suspended in the water, not trapped by it. This "particle" you speak of is not one particle but many stuck together. The best way to separate them is filtration.
Separating them though a filter with the pore size of an n95 mask is not possible because the solid particle size {I.E the virus} is smaller than the pore size of the mask. {I.E the filter}
Nobody is asking what percent of virus a mask catches. The small percent it does catch is ineffective at stopping the spread. I.E masks dont work.

The problem with that statement is the viruses exist in water droplets and are not free from fluid suspension. Can a mask stop some fluid particles? Yes, and the proof is the mask becomes saturated when worn for periods at a time.

At this point, I really do not think you can comprehend what I'm saying. The 95% efficiency is for the range of 0.1-0.3 microns, not just 0.3 microns. The efficiency drops when below 0.1 micron (not zero) and goes up above 0.3 micron (99% at 0.7 micron).
Where did I state that most of the particles don't pass through the mask?
The issue is stating only 0.3 micron and then stating few if any viral particles are not filtered.

I am not stating masks are effective at stopping transmission because they are not. They do not form a proper seal, people do not consistently consider hygiene when interacting, surfaces are contaminated and people would not constantly wear the mask even if it were 100% efficient at the particle size of the Sars-Cov-2 virus.

I'm in the process of trying to stay on the kidney transplant list because of the clot shot. Seems like they are still playing hardball with demanding anyone wanting a transplanted organ to comply with their out of date data. I am now at the point that I'm using religious exemption. I have shown them their own science and they refuse to believe any new data. I've shown them that since I've had COVID twice, that I would have more antibodies than a person that have had any number of shots prescribed by their own science. They let me slide on this up until now. I must be getting close to the top of the list because I had 16 vials of blood drawn and I've gotten back about 25 test results via their portal. I've had 3 phone calls from administrators since Oct 11 and 1 called today to verify insurance.
