BegaraGumpa - something or other ( I just call him Grumpy - cause every time he posts a score it makes me grumpy)
is the one making things tough around here

He sure does. I can understand his using the Bergara Rifle but really commend him with his use of what looks to be a Leupold 3-15 scope. He must have the vision on an eagle.

I couldn’t get the app to score this - after many failed attempts- app scored this 89 - 123 - and 179 - I know it’s not a great target-but really app it’s not that horrible!!

Beginning to wonder if my barrels best days are behind it - roughly 8,000 rounds on it (since December) - not feeling nearly as tight as it used to

This was my first attempt at the unlimited target the other day. There is a learning curve. I tried again yesterday in a swirling wind and had a higher score but only 4X's. I

Not sure you can wear a barrel out with 8,000 rds.. I have about 22,000 rds on my barrel and just getting started.

Pudgy, I assume you used your Bergara and Eley Tenex? If incorrect, I need the rifle and ammo sinfo so I can post your score.

I just couldn’t leave well enough alone- had to try again- grabbed my 9 year old sons rifle with a better scope - waited for wind to settle a little and tried the unlimited again. Second attempt was a little better. -

Yes it was B14r - tennex - VX5 scope

Not proud of this but thought I’d get a score in for April.
Two lousy scores in a row. I definitely have an off lot of ammo compared to my previous scores and shoots.
May be my last shoot with the factory barrel.

I am planning to put a non factory barrel on from Whidden gun works.
When I do that, which match will I shoot?
