I been researching the FRT triggers tonight, seeing they are legal again. I see there is a "super safety".... but I dont want anything plastic and I am not interested in a push/pull safety option. kicking around the idea of buying an FRT but has to be 3 position, safe, normal firing, and then forced reset. Who makes the best solid one with nice trigger pull and reliable?
Researching i found Rare Breed..... but I found several websites for Rare Breed... and posts on redit saying some are fake scammers.
Anyone know which one is real? Cant find them on facebook either.

I think this one may be real - .rarebreedtriggerus.com

Then there is this - rarebreedtrigger.org

and this - rarebreedtriggers.com

and - rarebreedtriggersco.com

and - rarebreedtriggerfrt.com

The super safety style is a better design I think, especially if done in steel. It's more robust and very simple. No springs to kink and fail etc.

Rare breed does drop their triggers fairly regularly. Best way is to get on notification list and be quick if you go that route.

I thought their website said the injuction is still blocking them?

No clue about injunctions etc. Seen 2 guys get them in the last couple months after being on rare breed notification list. Saw the triggers and packing slip when they opened em.

Looked legit as far as I could tell, and I don't think they'd gain anything from an elaborate lie haha

Have second hand tell of others getting them the same way.

That said, that little spring that kinked on the older versions always made me leery of them... not a fan of adding a known failure point like that. Maybe it's fixed in later versions, not sure.

I watched Garand Thumbs video thats what got me looking into them. I seen that one also Delta Team Tactical one but it doesnt say who makes it. China knockoff? And wasnt sure how nice of a trigger it is, video is sponsored so hard to know if its "so good". It doesnt list anything about the trigger, no pound pull listed. The Rare Breed one has a few different models... but they are not selling them at the moment according to the real website. If would be great if someone makes a nice trigger that also has the forced reset 3rd position... nicer than mil spec.

Their triggers are made in UTAH. It's the only 3 position "forced reset" trigger i am aware of. I've had a ratebreed, a WOT, and now I've sold those and have a delta team tactical. It's by far the best, the almost run better too. Hard to explain. The option to go back.to semi is way made me switch.

I just picked up a Dairyland Defense 3 position FRT. The trigger looks like it is MIM metal in a nicer casing than what you would see on something like a CMC drop in.

I tried it in an AR15, after using a super safety where you can really pinch the trigger to the rear and ride the reset forward, and found that it bound up the BCG.

However, I dropped it into my MCX Virtus 300BLK 6.75" and it ran like a champ through several magazines. I installed a trip into the Virtus from Midnight Machine. It requires a small bit of sanding to not contact the BCG, but took two seconds to fix.

I'm curious how long the reliability will be on this. I am going to leave it in the MCX and almost exclusively run subs.
