When the dems don't discuss the border wall over the next three weeks, he will the declare a national emergency and fund it that way. As soon as a dem judge blocks it, he can truly say to the American people that the democratic party doesn't care about our security. With only 2 in AZ, one in Yuma & one at FT Huachuca i don't think they see very much foot traffic. I have hunted the S AZ border for 45 years and have seen smuggler trails, smugglers, cartel OP's and BORTAC teams. Last several years the foot traffic through our area has died down.
