California's magazine ban ruled unconstitutional

So far we have shipping to California:

Arms Unlimited
Grab a gun
Primary Arms
Palmetto state armory
Botach
Add Rainier.

7053357

PSA seems to still have the magazine restriction restock fee wording in their terms.

Is there anywhere that they have announced a policy change?
This is what I found also. I ordered 50. At checkout they had the wording that they would not send to CA. Now they are out of stock. This was Saturday

Or a bunch of guys with pavement rollers to drive up and down the state line, shaking away, till that bitch falls in the ocean

Cancer does not die, it spreads.....
The entire eest coast is a slip fault...

I get your point... but it is also funny

JPFO has not purpose anymore. They send out newsletters that seem to be written by an ADD 7th grader

I wish they were a good place... I signed up a friend who is Jewish and they were shocked at the crap the JPFO mails

Buyer beware on Botach. There's a reason there's a multitude of "I got Botach'd..." threads all over gun forums. They have a long history of being more than happy to sell you shit they don't have in stock, charge your card up front, and give you months of lies while you wait endlessly to receive said items you already paid for.

I've never seen or used a Colt mag after 15 years of using Colts for work-related purposes. On Botach, You can buy 10 Okay Industries Surefeed mags for the price of one Colt mag.
I got 10 colt mags from arms unlimited. Yes, they are about 2x price of a regular mag.
The important part is I GOT THEM.

It still has to make it past the idiots in the 9th Circus.
Very true, Californian shooters can guarantee both an appeal and the state filing for injunction to stem the flow of magazines into their state before the end of the week. Now how fast they will get their injunction is another matter.

As for the 9th Circuit's composition and leaning, that's rapidly changing as I type this, as now that McCain and Flake are out, Trump is actually getting judges through the senate. One confirmation already for the 9th, another two pending this very week.

I haven't trusted Botach with an important order but I have bought some surplus Tactical Tailor and Eagle brand nylon gear and it was delivered promptly.

It's really stupid to sell surplus items that you don't have on hand so I think that type of purchase is safe.

Both were very good deals...

The above discussion about the injunction is applicable. However, recall the 9th en banc upheld the original stay which suggested that they felt the case had a good chance of winning. So, the immediate future is very much in flux. An injunction could happen which means now is the time to get while the getting is good. Don't like the prices? Go be poor somewhere else. Average prices now (opposed to sale prices) are better than "can't get at any price" like last Thursday.

FYI: Brownells let me check out online with a D-60 pmag shipped to Cali just a few minutes ago.

They are instock and on sale there too BTW.

Already have more 30 rounders than I can carry, this will just be added to the collection for novelty mostly.

Thar's magazines in them there hills!

Heat sealed in volatile corrosion inhibitor plastic bags inside of heavy duty paint cans with the floor plates off so the springs don't take a set...

If this decision hold up through the SCOTUS, expect the NRA/state pro-2A organizations in other commie states to follow suit.

Additional wishful thinking: with the rationale of the judge in the Cali case, it's not a far stretch to say bullet buttons, et AL, are impeding the ability to load faster for self defense, therefore infringing on 2A.

We'll see.

Yes, the deliberation of a judge should be "(reading) shall not be infringed, well that settles that".

If enough people don't like it, time for a Constitutional Congress.

The founders created avenues for anything to happen but the antis know that they can't do it the right way so we get overreaching politicians and Judges screwing us over instead of accepting the will of the people and actually doing their jobs.

I hope some day we can see the government realigned with the Constitution and I think it can happen if we keep becoming prosperous while the rest of the planet goes to hell.

It could go the other way very easily which is why we need to preserve our rights until we get to that point where people begin to understand that the antis will lead to our downfall if we let them.

I say it's about time we start a nationwide boycott, speak up or shut up, if you're for gun bans, then you need to stop using 'em in movies and not be part of a movie where they are used. Or portrayed at all. Of course that'll pretty much END movies, but the 2A is more important.

I've been saying for awhile we should do this to Youtube as well. A few of the gun channels I follow there keep getting temporarily banned for violating community standards or the like. If they are going to have people report they are offended over firearms being displayed we should all report every Hollywood movie on Youtube that shows guns in some fashion as well as and every clip of actors who have used them on screen elsewhere. Two can play that game.

Brownells still has the shipping restrictions up.

So I tried...
If you tried you would be on every website that sells standard cap magazines, one site isn't trying too hard. With this ruling we here in CO will be able to win and get our standard capacity mags back also....fuck Denver and Aurora band any other town here in CO that has bans.

You'll note that on the next post I mentioned that you have to call their CS to order.

And I did end up ordering from 4 different places. It wasn't easy either with all the traffic.

So yesterday, California filed for the emergency injunction just as expected. All but one of my orders have already shipped and that last one should ship today. So if the injunction occurs, I managed to get in under the window provided.

Those that did not and figured to wait out the frenzy, well I don't know what to say. Maybe it will work out and maybe it won't. I will say that availability was the only issue. Prices were not. I found sales on everything I purchased.
