As an aside, knowing how the courts work, the CA AG had to file with the judge who made the ruling last week. He asked for the injunction by 1/5. The judge is more likely to take a couple of weeks. Then the AG can file with the 9th Circuit. So IF the 9th Circuit does grant the injunction ultimately, I would say the current window of opportunity is about 3 weeks. Perhaps a month.

“The judge does at times suggest that military style weaponry may be the most protected by the Second Amendment,” he said. “He was citing the ability to make war against the government, which is something I think is absurd and dangerous.”
