Magpul PRS gen3 vented mounting screw

I boogered one up and need a replacement. I see they have caused issues in cycling in the past. What should I buy to avoid this issue?

Does it come with the rifle tube adapter? I didn't even look. I used the carbine adapter on mine

I don’t know shit about ARs. I just bought the rifle used from a guy on here because it had all the parts you people told me I need.?‍

Hole's in the screw (and in rear of carbine tubes) to drain water. Screw length is what can affect function.
I've used the screw you get with a Magpul grip as a replacement on a Gen 2 PRS. Don't know if they're the same screw now.
