There's a place called Swig n Swine in Charleston that serves a platter that is identical to this. I get it every time we go to Charleston. The potato salad is the best ahhh it's all friggin awesome.
Is it a mayo or mustard based potato salad? My mom made the best mustard based potato salad. I now get it once a year when my sister brings it to our Christmas Eve dinner.
It's mayo with a hint of mustard. But it's a stone ground type of mustard and a hint of smoke.
