After she got stopped by DHS/INS/ICE the 2nd time entering the US on 4/20 [irony], because not illegal, non-raped, Eastern European. Bit if illegal could still be here and paid LOL 🤡

Get rid of that PTR and get an FAL. With your hair and propensity to wear booty shorts you would rock the Rhodesian merc look.

Broski, I need UDT shorts/chest rig tan lines [as well as a reasonable pile of war-crime stacked commies] to go along with this 😍

Oh, btw, my US Flag Silkies, suspenders, fanny pack, and US Flag cape are gonna be appearing soon. 😘

Freedom Daddy gonna Freedom.

And that's where we have been going wrong. Wow, cool we raised 53 million dollars. Their side has unlimited funds, BLM, free Palestine freaks, million man march.

We should have had every fucking bridge, or road leaving NYC blocked and shut down. They shouldn't have been able to move anywhere in that city.

They should be fearing us. However they don't. They think its cute that we raised 53 million dollars. They think its cute we strongly word posts on social media. They think its cute that we have our guns and ammo (they know they will be rusted over before we would ever actually use them).

This is where the "moral high ground has gotten us", because they know they can persecute us and pass illegal laws with impunity at this point and we will just go to our jobs and pay our taxes regardless.

The forefathers are beyond turning in their graves at this point. They don't want anything to do with us now...

What's everyone scared of at this point, they already have us labeled as terrorists, xenophobics, racists and anything else I've forgotten.

I'll spare you from getting on the soapbox I was planning on responding with so I'll just restructure my response with this-

It seems like just yesterday but 20 and so many years ago, this is how Budweiser used to advertise (just as an example for a company that had seemingly unlimited resources to perform market research on how we (the consumers) 'thought' publicly.

Sticking with Budweiser (again after plenty of market research ) going to this-

I only share this as one (of many) illustrations of how much and rapidly the landscape has changed. Crossdressing used to be the butt of the joke on mainstream television (think of the Friends series as an example) and now we're at the point where even questioning it will earn you some sort of phobic term. We've been as a nation placing people into positions not due to merit but rather because of their demographics that fit the current narrative and as long as they 'play ball' they have not only have the the benefit of playing ball but are now 'unquestionable' because of such demographics so double whammy I guess.

I'm still trying to figure out what happened to permit things to change so rapidly over the past 20 years or so- what I've come to accept as true anymore-

We've collectively lost faith- secular/non-secular affiliations not being included in that statement although there may be a societal link regardless. What I mean to convey when I say we've lost faith what I mean to say is nationally-

We've lost faith in our elected officials having their constituents' best interests in mind. We've lost faith in the belief that our nation's government is working for the "people" and exists for the "people" but rather accept that it's always been corrupt and we no longer believe that we deserve anything better. We've lost faith in our election process and whether our participation in such even matters. We've lost faith in our constitution protecting our 'inalienable' rights as well as whether even the term 'inalienable' carries any water let alone whether our day's youth even understand what the term 'inalienable' means. We've lost faith in accepting that our children deserve a quality education to learn such and that they should have been disciplined well enough at home to behave in the classroom and value education.

We've monitzed everything that used to be a cheap enjoyment. We have a society where just a generation ago- we could point out which house the gas station attendant/ seamstress/cook/butcher/etc. lived in, now we've accepted the narrative as a society that in this generation those professions are unacceptable and due to a series of poor life choices and as such don't deserve to have a house for themselves. Of course we still expect those very same services to exist but not to the point they can afford even the most basic of lifestyles or even rent on their wages. And we turn a blind eye that this isn't modern day Feudalism but now we have have the college educated class in STEM (not STEAM but I won't get into the "A" portion in this post) making well above median household salaries but can't afford a basic house either so now it's getting some news coverage and the national response is from those that got "their's" it's a dog eat dog world and if they haven't figured it out then that's their problem.

Alrighty- I'm done with that part, but what I really think is missing Nationally/Globally is the notion of "Hope" and "Wonder" By that I mean, that without "hope" why should we expect our youth to work hard when they don't have an incentive to believe that effort will lead to changing their situation? This is why Socialism is a failed system and always has been. It's also why so many feel the "Bern" and other such political promises because they're drowning and the party played into the game of pretending to not be part of the "establishment".

As for the "Wonder" part- how many here can recall the 1960's and the promise to put a man on the moon? The previously impossible acted as a lightning rod for our nation's greatest minds to come together and work towards a common goal to break what was previously held as scientific doctrine. And dang if we didn't smash through that ceiling and prove the 'science' wrong. After we did that for a couple of years- we gave up as a country and aside from computer advancements, shrugged our shoulders to every other pursuit and decided we'd just be happier with a new cell phone...

So yeah- apologies, this really was the short version but still a small rant regardless.

An amazing amount of work, To get that back on the air. No 4wd road?
Good idea disguising the unit to look like a dump pile. Just kidding. Good work. That’s what I call an active club.
lol, I wish, all "make your tracks" up to the top.
No need to disguise it, it's so remote and out of the way and on private land that nobody would know about it except the few club members who have been to it.
This trip has been a year in the planning to make it happen. But the good news is we are going up again sometime in July to do further repairs on it that we found on this trip, and try and make it last another few years.
We are also planning a hike to another repeater tower which is a bit closer to me, and you can drive maybe 60% of the way to it, but the climb is a lot harder I'm told where you have to climb a couple of sections of 6ft sheer face

Problem lies in this

David Jeffries, Minority leader of the House of Representatives, spoke on national television …”WE are a Democracy

When the supposedly educated “leaders” of our nation do not even know the type of government of our nation, I think the ship has pretty much broke in half and the bow is long gone heading for the bottom 18 thousand feet below the surface and the stern is not long to follow.

It’s a Constitutional Republic…Stupid.

Not sure if everyone caught my subtleness. (It was really thin to the point of being transparent).

Ship broke in half..referring to the Titanic, where arrogance of the ships leadership overruled informed dangers and plain common sense.

18,000 feet below the surface, refers to the depth that the Aircraft Carrier Akagi was found (in 18,010 feet of water) Akagi, one of the Japanese fleet carriers lost at Midway, represents a Japanese government that did not listen to or face up to reality.

Sometimes having a degree in History makes one something of a smart ass…..

There’s a reason that they use that term as rhetoric. If you iterate that it’s a Democracy, then people still think that they are the ones making things happen. If you call it a Constitutional Republic, people might get the crazy idea that their representatives are actually supposed to represent them. And that might lead to trouble for those on top.

This bicycle mechanic has one too. With most of a minor in political science.

The history degree was the 'what.' The poly sci classes were the 'why/'

I'm pretty much useless for anything other than being a know it all on certain topics
