Kamala Harris Agrees to Debate Donald Trump: ‘I’m Ready’

Vice President Kamala Harris agreed on Thursday to debate former President Donald Trump. It appears the campaigns have not yet agreed upon a date and network.
“…[Trump] previously agreed upon [a] September 10 debate,” Harris claimed. “Now it appears he’s backpedaling, but I’m ready, and I think the voters deserve to see the split screen that exists in this race on a debate stage, and, so, I’m ready; let’s go.”
It is unclear why Harris believes Trump is “backpedaling.” Trump offered to debate Harris multiple times, he told Fox News’s Bill Melugin on Tuesday.
Jason Miller, a senior adviser to the Trump campaign, told Axios on Thursday he was unsure if the previously scheduled debate on September 10 would occur, but he noted there would be another debate and that there “should be multiple debates.”
“Not only will there be another debate, but there should be multiple debates,” Miller told Axios. “We do think there should be some diversification in the outlets for who hosts a debate, but I think the public would be sold short if we only did one debate against Kamala Harris in the general election.”
Miller suggested Spanish-American outlets could be a part of the event.
Fox News proposed to both campaigns on Wednesday that the candidates meet on September 17 in Pennsylvania with anchors Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum moderating.

I mean, they already had Trump knock out their candidate, now they want him to do it again to her dumb ass? I can't wait for that. It would be nice for it not to be on a commie news channel but either way it will be hilarious. She may be the dumbest person in politics.... that Swallell idiot is a close second though.

Don't underestimate her. She's dumb, but she's also vicious, like street walker mean. I wouldn't be surpised if she still carries a blade.

Trump better bring his strongest pimp hand, otherwise she'll laugh at him like she did that boring as fuck RINO with the fly on his head.

All I know is Trump better come prepared next time. Yes, he owned Biden but that wasn’t saying much. And they still looked like a bunch of damn kids fighting. This time he better bring real answers and data to this shit, like it’s an interview. You already know what the hot topics are. You answers cannot be I did this, you are a liar, blah blah. Tell people how you are going to help them. Give real answers. Don’t say a bunch of BS and talk in circles.

Personally, I don't think he should debate her. He should just campaign and tell Americans how we know with our own eyes, ears, wallets, how much better things were under him than Biden and Harris. He should always tie her name with Biden's because people see Biden as weak and a bad president, and that'll remind them how bad she is too.

Trump, actually any male, could very easily turn many women against him and for Kamala Harris, via some harmless word or sentence the corporate media and DNC will turn racist AND sexist. It's just too risky for any male, especially a strong male like Trump. Best to avoid debating her and just campaign smartly.

Hell yeah I am watching as well, just like the Biden trainwreck. If I am at work we gonna have tablets and bluetooth speakers set up so everybody at the shop/warehouse can enjoy. She and her supporters have a WAY too overinflated sense of their abilities. Realists simply need to see her speeches and lines from the past, compared to Trump's, and see how it will go already.

we disagree in that I think trump does beautifully in the debates. all except one against biden which was honestly neutral they both did so poorly.
but I agree with the notion it's dangerous to debate someone who can put a sentence together who can and will cheat and the media will cover for them as much as humanly possible. I'd say just go for the commercials.

That’s the truth right there! They were very in on it the last time too. Some, if not most, are so deeply sucked into the script, they don’t even know how disconnected and distant they are from reality; or at least the reality the rest of us live in.

That’s in part why I like Trump, they all hate him for some reason, and it’s likely because he’s a road block for their graft.

Would Trump confronting Harris about the significant decline of Biden and not using Article 25 to remove him be a good strategy, you are the VP and want to be Prez but are unwilling to do what is best for the Country.

Even in the last debate, Trump didn’t do as well as he should have against what was essentially a dead person. He’s easily baited, and there were numerous times where when trying to retort attacks, he went off on tangents instead of staying on script and annihilating Biden with actual facts.

Give up the bragadocious attacks where muah “this or that” was the greatest, stick to the facts and hammer them home. There were so many times in the last debate where I was like, dude why the fuck aren’t you saying this or that in response. Even after the debate and poopy pants melt down, the left already had their talking points in place and were readily attacking with he lied “X” amount of times. There won’t be an epic collapse like FJB, and the left cover machine will be in full effect, just look at how they’re already proving cover and rewriting her history. I agree, I think Vance would have done so much better against her. I hope his debate prep team can get him on script or else this could be bad for him. Look at the polls before and after the debate, even after that, Trump wasn’t destroying Biden like you’d expect, they were still relatively close, and I actually believe the sheep and ill informed will go with her regardless.

He needs to go back on the offensive like in the "Because you'd be in jail" debate with Hillary and fuck worrying about the stigma that he's 'mean.'

Agreed strongly. Trump's victory in the first debate came against someone who should be in an assisted-living home. He'll need to bring more than a few zingers and comical facial expressions to this next event.

Trump picked a fucking phony loser as his running mate and he is gonna drag him down. Trump needs to stay on cue and hammer home all the bad that the previous admin has done to our country and our people.
No one fucking cares about all the dumbass names he makes up for his opponents. Stay on cue and tell the American people how you are gonna fix this fucking mess….or prepare to address Madam President.

Yeah he needs to look presidential and keep on message. If he does I think he's gonna win, if he looks like during that 2020 debate where he was all over the place he's gonna lose hard.

Boy, as much as I of all people hate to admit it; maybe Tulsi was the better choice or Ben Carson. Get the on-the-fence women (still illogical to me how anybody could be on the fence after the ride we've been on), any other peeps.

There is almost 0% chance he can stay on topic and not make it personal, I compute the odds at 1/142.0000001e12 that he can do that. He needs to memorize numbers, policy failing, vote records...everything. NOT an easy task for anybody.

Had PJ not been almost comatose (or was he?) at times, Trump would have been destroyed against a truly prepared candidate. His debate skills are actually quite awful.

He better be prepped, this is is simply...IT. No pressure DJT.

I agree with this assessment! Trump in reality is not a good debater. To be honest, the guy doesn’t come across as some very intelligent when he is speaking. He may be the greatest mind to ever walk the earth, but he doesn’t come across that way at all when speaking to the public.
