Sound coaching will move most competitors up the placing much more quickly than them trying every side road and learning on their own.Mostly mid pack

This is a great idea. There are some real barriers for most people, between mid-pack and the top that could be addressed by your experience and resources. Time and money will always be a factor but most people trying to advance need : access to good training, access to facilities and gear, accountability to a group, “guardrails” to keep them from going off into YouTube nonsense land. You are well positioned to provide all of those things.Mostly mid pack

Can’t spell losing? ‘Nuff said, as they say.So...a loosing team?
Sponsoring podium winners just makes you another money-man for people who are already elite. Sponsoring some guys who are close and coming up highlights your real strengths which are training and practical mentorship.Losing ?
I thought just being there is a win ?
How is it a losing Team ?
I can sponsor Chris Way, he podiums a lot ?
I figured supporting the Mid Pack would be supporting the forgotten people so a welcome prospect

Yeah, that always worksI would sponsor DBD if it changed his attitude
But I figure about 4 people should be good, and I don't mind dividing it up discipline wise
I’m two hours north. I’m in!@Lowlight if you’re looking for a mid to bottom of the pack team I know of a specific squad from San Diego that will fit the bill. Getting shitty is the primary objective and shooting the match hungover is secondary.![]()
That is where the money is for business selling PR related products and services.I figured supporting the Mid Pack would be supporting the forgotten people so a welcome prospect
I'm game & like to mix it up between gas gun and bolt. Good options here with Mason Dixon, WAR, Geissele, & IWI.Kinda thinking about it, and I have several thoughts, I’m good like that
Translate a sponsorship into more of a mentor program, give them drills to try, use for practice, talk about the previous match in way that goes beyond the conservation you have with your buddy, to include a diagnostic element to it. Think gear, caliber, stocks, and how to help better improve the relationship between; you and the gear.
It’s also about building a competitor as well as creating a process you can replicate for others to use.
Nah, I don’t need a top 25 guy, I want a bottom 25 shooter with drive and some free time
I’m sure you could find some former students that would be interested in this.Nah, I don’t need a top 25 guy, I want a bottom 25 shooter with drive and some free time

He gets it ….This is an interesting idea. Speaking for myself making the jump from mid pack to top of the pack is very difficult on your own. I have often thought that working as a team would help all the members advance faster and avoid some of the mistakes that can slow you down. A training schedule/routine and goals to meet would force you to advance.
I shoot at a club with some really good shooters and they are willing to help you get better, but I'm still not sure how to make the next jump. I think I need more practice time and a practice/training routine.
There are a million questions a mentor could help with, is my rifle setup correctly for the shooting discipline, am I shooting the right bullet, the right caliber, etc.?
Throw BMXr, 308pirate and Cutter on the team and I’ll chip inI would sponsor DBD if it changed his attitude
Dang.a person in a crappy location that has to travel by air.
Challenge accepted.I would sponsor DBD if it changed his attitude
What qualifies someone for just the tip(s)? Asking for @NoLegs24I had a dream, while sleeping of course
I wonder if I start off with the 4 main guys but included 4 virtual guys.
The virtual guys get digital support, mentorship, drills, etc, vs the extra money support the others get
So I have 4 main shooters and 6 virtual guys that get free support here ? Drills, tips and tricks ?
That does widen the draw for sure. It also would be interesting to see which type of support helped shooters the most. Up here in Canucastan, outside of southern BC and eastern Ontario, travel cost is the biggest challenge. Quite a few matches scheduled in ‘25 north of the 49th though.I had a dream, while sleeping of course
