Night Vision IRay RH25 Micro video/picture thread

Has anyone ran the either the V1 or V2 on 308 as a clip on? I know it’s only rated for 5.56 but A.Amantine, who is on iray’s prostaff full disclosure, said it’s good to go on 308 Ar10’s and has pictures of his rigs configured as such. Granted this was with the V1.

I’m interested to hear if the V2 could handle it?

The manual states 7/300 win mag recoil rating on my V2.

Well, my RH25 v2 arrives today. I plan to run it as a clip-on, but may also run it standalone on smaller guns. I have purchased the JV SBR from SOK and I have a few wilcox FTS clones on order. Am I missing anything? Tips for running it as a clip-on?

You have everything you need. Just follow the instructions on zeroing in clip on mode and you’re good to go.

Alright, need help removing parallax... Have an RL25v2 (RH25 for all intents and purposes except for sensor size) in front of a MK5 2-10 and I can't get parallax out. Admittedly, I'm terrible at setting focus / parallax on my day optics but this scope should be pretty much at factory settings. Parallax is 0.5 MIL each way on the extreme I'd say so not end of the world but I'm OCD when it comes to this stuff haha.

Any tips on getting parallax out in front of an optic with adjustable parallax and ocular? So far I've twisted the ocular of the RL25 until I get a clear picture and then make small adjustments one way or another to try to minimize parallax (MK5 is set to 100 to 150y for parallax btw).
