I'm hearing this morning that Biden has issued (per his own official statement) "preemptive pardons" to, among others,
1) General Mark Milley;
2) Anthony Faucci
3) January 6th Committee
Nothing yet re: Chis Wray, Merrick Garland or Mayorkas, or his brother. I'm hearing that these preemptive pardons will be challenged in court.
We'll see.

Well, the other possibility is to require them to testify before Congress, after the fact (for which they can't invoke the 5th since they've been "pardoned"), and then try to spring a "perjury/contempt of Congress" trap. That would happen *after* the date on the pardon.
Along with Anthony 'Mengele' Faucci, what about Bill Gates?

As radioactive as Gates is; he was not on the government payroll. Everyone pardoned this morning was DIRECTLY in a position where a security clearance (Secret or above) would be needed. If some Joe Schmoe was to have so much as one ACCIDENTAL security breach, they could lose their job permanently; yet these people wantonly get away with it.

I don't know that for sure; but...I would suspect when one is at that position he would have had one. Maybe not. Members of congress that have classified meetings have one...and I'm pretty sure Fauci was in some "behind the door" meetings.
And, to follow up on my post, it may be why the others that we'd think would be on the "pardon list" are not (Wray, Mayorkas, etc.), This, so they can still "plead the 5th" plausibly.

I have often wondered: If Joe was breaking the law as V.P., Obama would have to have known about it. As Commander In Chief it Obamas’s responsibility to know what everyone on his staff is up to. That would make Obama as guilty as Joe as an accessory to any crimes? Lock both of them up!

Mykola Zlochevsky fled the country to Monaco to hide out, with his millions.
Obama went to the NATO Summit in Sept 2014, and told David Cameron (PM of UK) to release Zlochevsky’s funds that were seized by MI6 and UK investigators.
The new Ukrainian President Poroshenko was elected properly that year, and appointed his close friend to chief prosecutor so he could investigate all this fraud and money-laundering that traitors were doing under the name of Ukrainian firms, including Burisma.
Biden then flew to Ukraine again and said, “You’re not getting the billion dollars unless you fire that prosecutor."
