102 felony counts against CSI crime lab employee

These are situations where my blood boils. Imagine you're one of the ones falsely convicted and lost years of your life, family etc. I know how I would handle it upon release, how would you ??
No need to elaborate I would handle it the same way.
I'm a vindictive bastard especially when falsely wronged, I think it runs in my families genioligy.

Imagine spending years in prison with your family being certain you belong there. That would kill me. Every false testimony by paid state thugs should result in the death penalty.

Every person who knew should share her fate.

Glitch in the Matrix?

Seems like.

Seen more than a few double and even triple taps here and there since the site came back up. Looked like an attack or major failure that shut down the server last night in the early morning hours, then the site had to be rebooted from an archive which was last crawled at 9:50ish. 9:50 onward content was not crawled yet by the archiver's bots so these were lost unfortunately. Now it's hiccuping a bit. "Aftershocks" is probably the best way to describe it LOL...

Same here. As someone who was raised on Gungdo, the Way of the Bow, and follows it's principles for life, ain't no such thing as "fair fights" exist to me. Throughout most civilized populations, it seems that the 3% rule applies similarly. And those in that 3% try their best to be very low profile in society because they are aware that if some fuckhead brings trouble to them, somebody's getting put underground, whether right there, days, weeks, or even years later...

This ain't just a pretty flag...

You would not believe how many people have caught fentanyl charges, that when the stuff goes to the lab and comes back test negative. A lot of people are getting arrested for unknown powders and they’re just saying it’s fentanyl when it’s not. Seen this multiple times , blew my mind how much it happens.

Everything that they can t identify is fentanyl which carries heavy charges and sticks people in jail

That’s called revenue generation just like the 1000’s of sober drivers that get arrested every year and blood shows negative for any drugs or alcohol but in the months before trial they’ve lost their license lost their job paid higher insurance court costs and in states like TN and MI the $1000 dollar scam to get your license back .

Yet folks wonder why this guy had nothing but contempt for this officer during this road side stop.

We are told constantly that it is just a few bad apples. That the system is basically good and just. The ubiquitous use of phone video and body cams is constantly showing us otherwise.

Now we’re finding out that for as far back as 40 years, while the Colorado Bureau of investigation was investigating all of us it (I had several background checks go through them over the years) they couldn’t even put systems in place to prevent something like this happening for 30 to 40 years. This, despite the fact that twice she was flagged and it went nowhere.

Has anyone developed an on site testing package that turns a different color like they have for other drugs that can be used to quell the wrongful arrests?

I am not aware of it or how they (arresting officers) do it.

I just happened to be in a position (11 months to be exact) were I encounter many people in jail fighting cases. Many had this happen to them. One I think it came back a food item, another it turned out to be Coke, an other it was a legal (in small quantities) thing with similar effects as ecstasy, but his charge was fent. These three I read their paper work and saw and heard the outcome of their cases.

All of them went from massive sentences to hardly anything. But because Fent is on the radar and the thing of the day, it carries heavy penalties and high to no bonds.

It was a real eye opener.

Where would we be without police to give us our rights ?

You can’t judge them if you’ve never done The Job

Ballistic fingerprinting has been banned from MD courtrooms because the state thugs have lied so much
It should be that way everywhere. It'd more or less saying. It's not impossible that it came from a particular weapon.

Another thing that seems reasonable on its face but doesn't hold is the idea that a bullet travels straight through a solid object and continues to fly straight after exiting.

Now that we would have to consider all DNA types evidences as circumstantial evidence.

This story is not the first. I remember having read in the past about FBI forensic scientists faking results. If I recall correctly: both about pollen and DNA. At this point were I on a jury I would regard any forensic testimony as if the DA were telling me that the suspect is guilty but he has no proof so he had to fabricate evidence.

That's as dumb as saying that I can't judge a pedophile until I fuck a two year old. I'm not one to slander the entire profession for evils done by only some of them. But we do know evil by its actions.

Yes but juries are full of stupid people. And all the “smart” people try to get out of it

Along with what happens if you bring up jury nullification in a court room

You just favor criminals. You must be a criminal if you are trying to hinder police from doing The Job

Hey, I've got an idea. How about government employees who are required to take an oath to do get their job be required to understand and follow their oath.

Ya know kinda like soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines.
