Coyotes have about 20/75 vision for stationary objects but their visual acuity is based on movement: they can't see you if you don't move.
Coyotes have exceptional night vision: they can see you before you can see them in low light.
Coyote's vision may be washed out by bright sunlight.

I had worried about coyotes seeing my parked vehicle in the distance and becoming shy but provided it's not moving they probably can't see it. I had also thought dark early morning approaches to stands would offer some concealment but probably not.
